Love them or hate them, every school has to have classes. Under the guidance of our devoted faculty, students will be encouraged to expand their horizons and learn about the world around them.

The number of classes necessary for growth or graduation vary and you may find the full listing here and here. Each level of requirement may be completed as quickly or slowly as each person has time for, and once earned class credit will never expire.
Classes will be run anywhere from a two week duration to as long as a month. The duration of certain classes will be dictated by: the number of students needing the class, how necessary it is, and whether or not it has an actual teacher or is currently under control of the NMA staff.
During each class opening there will be activities that will vary slightly depending upon which age group it's aimed at. Students must complete these activities in-character.
Activities may include: quizzes, RNG games, riddles, art projects, playing a game offsite and taking a screenshot, RP prompts, etc. No matter what, be sure to follow the instructions set down by the teacher to successfully complete the assigned task!
Note: Unless otherwise stated in the specific class thread, only two students (per stage) may attempt to receive credit at a time. Also, even if the students applying for credit are the same age group and would do the same activity, it must be submitted twice, once in each students name for them to receive credit.
In-Character:
Classes will help your student understand the world around them and the lore of the shop. Classes will also help your student figure out their interests if they were previously unsure of what they want to do, as there will be a variety of electives for them to take.
Characters can choose to skip university or even drop out! While all Nightmare's must attend academy, they do not have to attend university. It does help them get better jobs pertaining to their career interests, though!
Out-of-Character:
Classes are meant to be fun, easy activities that require at most 15 minutes and will never ask for information that cannot be easily obtained, either from reading a small section of the lore, using Google, or from your own head.
RNG activities will always be easy to succeed at! Most will contain multiple win situations, or will just require you to roll to say how many of something you did (even a 1 is acceptable in that situation.) There will be no situations in which a student cannot pass an RNG event.
