The world around her was changing with every day. Every time she started to get comfortable with one thing or another, it would change. Someone would move into her territory or someone she was used to being there would die by the hands of dragons. That was the problem when you lived this close to a dragon territory. She was used to seeing people fall by the claws of dragons, and it was starting to get to the point that she was irritated. She was tired of seeing them fall or have them just disappear from the world around her. She shifted some, claws tapping the ground as she looked around the area. She could tell the tracks of Walkers even when they were days old. She’d very easily been able to learn to track them after she tracked the walker that killed her beloved. But that was years ago… and now she was living alone in the mountains with no one to converse with but small woodland creatures.
After a few heartbeats, the Cinderbeast moved away from her caves and toward the steep slope that would take her to the main patch of woods around her home. If she was able to keep her personal territory safe, that was good enough, right? She paused about half way up the slope, staring around the area before continuing onward. She got to the top of the hill, and then dipped her head down to sniff at the ground. She needed to figure out what she was going to do today, what she was going to achieve and figure out who it was she could help. She breathed out a sigh, dipping her head down slightly as she moved forward. She could go find something to eat… hunt some food or perhaps go explore the water that ran near by…
In the end, she wandered. Lehava was never good at deciding what to do, especially when no one was around to help her decide what life was worth doing. She found herself pointless, lost, alone. Every time she tried to make a new friend, she frightened them off. Every time she wanted to get close to someone, she got scared and fled the open world and went back to her caves. Not today. No, today she would try her hardest to find someone to talk to, and actually talk to them. To be civil and kind, and not get scared or scare others. Lehava took a breath to steel herself, before she moved forward with slow movements, ready for the world to give it’s all. And if the world had no plans for her today, than she would just have to try again later.

Error was exhausted.
He had just finished putting his saddle away for the day, and that always left him particularly sore. The saddle was rather massive, and when on his back didn't seem to protest must, but taking it off? Ha. He had tucked it within the hollow of a tree, covering it with branches and leaves of all shapes and sizes. He was, for now, nomadic. The male didn't have a home yet, nor did he find any interest in making one. Traveling suited him just fine, really.
Except, somewhere along the lines the environment had tipped him off that this was dragon territory, or close to it. Scorch marks were a sure clear signs, and sometimes he'd spot a large creature in the distance. Deities, that couldn't be a soquili, right? They didn't come in those shapes, could they? How big was the basket? He really ought to leave, but night was coming soon and he had no desire to travel by himself. Sure, his glowing eyes did help illuminate somewhat, but he was too easy a target. His saddle weighed him down, and his glitching made it that hiding was near impossible – anyone would see his body fading and zapping! So, it was time to find some food and then curl up somewhere.
Error didn't really expect today to be any different then the last few. He hadn't seen a soul while traveling and that wasn't good nor bad. He didn't mind, honestly. The land here was dangerous, and even he really shouldn't be in it! He had nothing to defend himself with. Okay, false, he had the saddle which shot fire out, but he had little control over it and really didn't feel like burning a forest was the right way to go about things. The last time he used it was a good story, really! He learned his lesson for sure after that!

A small hiss escaped the mare, staring up at the sky. The dragons were prowling, and that was never good. She tucked her head a bit, ears pinning down as she tried to figure out just what it was that she could do. She should probably hide, but… Something made her want to make sure nothing was around her territory. That no one would get caught up in the might of dragons. She glanced to the sky once more, before slowly moving farther into the forest. She had to at least look around; at least make sure that everyone was safely tucked away and not itching to get burned by fire. She herself knew of fire… but this fire… this fire was deadly; dangerous. Consuming.
Lehava shifted some and peered around, her tail flicking. She breathed out a sigh and carefully walked out of her comfort zone. She knew if she traveled too far she’d never make it back in time; but something drove her forward. She glanced around with a curious stare, her black eyes locking on random things. It was odd seeing things like this; in the dark of the night but with a glow about them. Perhaps it was her own vision acting oddly, but she accepted it. Maybe it was a way to make her view things differently. She dipped her head down, sniffing the ground, and after a moment, lifted her head once more. She thought she saw something, and her eyes squinted some. What was it? She moved quietly forward, her claws scraping some branches as she walked quietly forward and toward the figure not far off.
It seemed to be a stallion; and he had been wandering around as much as she was. Her head tilted lightly to the side, and she analyzed him. He didn’t seem dangerous. And, for a moment, she worried quietly that he would think her of a monster. But, she had to try. Or he may end up caught in dragon fire. She slowly took a step forward, and held her head up high, eyes locked on the stallion that had hair like glowing fire. ”You’re going into dragon territory… It would be best not to do that, they’re out hunting… You need to find shelter.” She said gently. She tilted her head, and swallowed slightly, before looking toward him again. ”I know of some cave systems not far from here, if you’d like to follow me.. Or you can risk going farther into their territory.”
