It's cool, moist and dark down here, in the aqueducts. The air is damp, wet, and echos. The sound of running and trickling water fills the air and even the sound of footsteps are amplified by the cavernous walls.
The west wall of Kaiser's Chamber is lined with three archways held up between four square pillars. The room is small and dark, but also adequately illuminated. Inside each of the side archways of the west wall, stands a stature of an anonymous Werewolf. The werewolf statues are all identical and have no distinguishing characteristics. Their hands are held at chest level, with their palms turned up and their fingers spread apart, but loosely curled. Their palms are lined with fragments of broken and crushed moon crystal that burn constantly with lunar energy, making the statues appear to be holding silver flames in their hands that faintly illuminate the otherwise pitch black tunnels, with a soft silvery light. The statues' s backs are also ablaze with crystal fragments as well.
Water pours out of the top of the west wall and runs the side in four falls that block the pillars of the archways from view and pool into two huge trenches that guide their flow out to the west corners of the room, then along the north and south walls, and finally, under the north and south walls east corners, and out of the room. In front of the west wall, pressed up against the central archway, is a great fountain. The top is a great wolf's head with great horns growing out of the outer sides of of it's brow and curving sideways, back between it's ears, hanging from the shadows, at the very top of the room's west wall. Water pours from it's mouth, down upon a statue of a Werewolf. The werewolf stands his right foot, with his left knee raised up. His head is thrown back, howling, with his arms flexed strongly, and his fists curled to his sides. The Werewolf stands atop the frame of an arched doorway and water breaks upon the Werewolf's shoulders, running down his back, onto the door frame, where it is redirected into the two trenches that the doorway stands between. The water also flows down the werewolf's front in two streams, and falls into a pair of basins, below his feet, on each side of the door way. Inside each of these two basins is a statue of a wolf that is facing toward the Werewolf and howling, with water spouting straight up out of their mouths. The water of the two basins is constantly overflowing and pours down into the trenches as well. It is a magnificent sight that gives a feeling of timeless wonder.
The west exit way, under the fountain has a narrow walk way that separates the two trenches along the north, south, and west walls. It is about three feet wide and entering from the doorway, under the fountain, it extends out eastward, about twelve feet, and gradually opens to about nine feet wide at the end, where connects to an area that is twenty one feet wide; and twelve feet long, from it's west corners, all the way to the east wall. A statue of Maximum Kaiser's stands in the center of this area. He stand with both arms curled in a strong stance. But, although his left hand is curled up in a fist, his right hand is open, as waiting to be given something... No living person known knows why this statue is here.

About three feet behind Kaiser, is a pair of protruding archways, in the center of the east wall, that branch out from a single square pillar that's in between them. Inside each of these two archways, is an illuminating Werewolf statue, just like the ones in the west wall. The north and south walls also each have an archway in their middle, which contains identical illuminating Werewolf statues, which along with the statues in the west wall, shine their light upon the water in the trenches that run before their feet. The north and south exits are doorways in the east corners of the room, between the trenches and the east wall. Each one has a walkway running along the east wall about three feet wide, which extend out about six feet, and gradually widen to six feet at the end, where they connect with the central area.
