From June 22 until July 12, 2015, you are able to go to Gamestop and pick up a code to get the "Battle Ready" Dragonite. They are only for Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Here are the stats that it has on the card.

Do note, that Dragonite and it's evolutionary line can not learn extreme speed normally
