For centuries the Fae realm has been closed to Gaians. Convoluted lore and history has been passed down through generations to further breed the views and prejudices between Fae and Gaian. All stemming from a misunderstanding, one that was so simple but oh so devastating to the current Fall Court Queen. Although the actual event is shrouded in mystery, let's just say it was a story of love unrequited, or so it is thought to be. Thus the stage is set for the re-opening of this realm to Gaians of all creeds, against the Queen's own personal wishes.

For this is a time of celebration in the Fae realm. It is the annual changing of the courts, from Summer to Fall court. The Fall Fae Court will reign for the time allotted until the Winter court comes into it's full power. An endless cycle of reign that has been carried through since their time began. Each season an annual ball takes place, in which the new reigning Queen dons her crown. The crowns are all different, kept by each court until the time it is to be worn again. They hold power of those who came before, an ancestral powerhouse for the reigning Queen of each court. The Crown is the most cherished object of each court and the focusing object of it's power.

The stage is set. The doors are ready to be thrown wide onto the Queen's garden for the Royal Tea Party. Will you attend? Is there any way to help the Queen's memory become clearer so she can settle her past and love all Gaians again?

Main Ball Plot

> Long ago supernatural creatures lived in separate realms and humans lived primarily in Gaia
> They used doors to travel to Gaia and hold meetings to discuss important issues and agreements with one another
> Many creatures prefered to stay in the world of Gaia more than their own
> Caused tension among the creatures, they began to fight, and that lead to the ultimate decision for the doors to close
> One day the leader of the underworld gathered the other leaders with a plan to open the doors once more
> As they prepared they were told by an oracle that if they continued with this party a shadow shall be cast over their event
> With the help of powerful wizards and witches the doors were opened
> Beginning of the party was going fine, but a series of misfortunes began to happen in each realm w/o a logical explanation
> Factions grew restless not knowing if either side are the cause of these incidents, or just bad luck.
> The leaders begin to lose hope that their goal shall never be accomplished
> One of the leaders can't take it anymore, they leave the party and wander outside the doors
> Detecting something off about the location of the doors, they further investigate and discover the rocks surrounding the doors are actually iron meteorites
> Iron may be good luck among humans, but it causes disturbances towards magic and the supernatural
> After alerting everyone their discovery, they work together to get rid of the meteorites and resume their partying
> The leaders conclude that the doors were safe to remain open

Day One:
The doors/portals are opened on Gaia. Guests start arriving and hosts make their allegiances known. The Supernatural Realm creatures are quite wary of the Gaian creatures and vice verse. In the meantime, some minor things start to go wrong in each of the rooms. (ex: decorations are wrong, missing supplies, menus are unreadable, incidents that can pertain only in your rooms, etc.)

Day Two:
The two factions (Pro-Gaia/Anti-Gaia Relations) are blaming each other about the incidents that are happening. Things keep getting worse in the rooms. Realized that the oracle's prediction is coming true. (ex: chairs collapsing on their own, water fountains spraying guest, room decor falling and barely missing guests, incidents that can pertain only in your rooms, etc.)

Day Three:
Some major sabotage stuff happens. Major room plots incidents and Crossovers. Crossovers. Crossovers. Leaders try to remain hopeful.(ex: near deaths, storms, fires, earthquakes, tornado, hurricanes, incidents that can pertain only in your rooms, etc)

Day Four:
Nothing gets better the hosts all lose hope. They all leave their realms to discuss their final decisions. It was then they figured out something is wrong about the doors location. Realizing what is causing the bad luck they work together to try to make things right. Once that is settled, the party continues. They realize it's safe to stay and leave the doors/portals open.




Room story by day

Day one: Meet and greet of tea party guests and laying foundation of room plot. Queen drinks potion supplied by witch to boost powers for the coming reign of Winter Court over the Fae realm. Queen voices her disapproval to her court before event starts.
Day two: Queen has lost the memory of where she stored her crown for the ceremony for the changing of the court ball. Suspects humans/gaians are to blame. Demands someone find it and calamity ensues.
Day three: Willa decides to help and comes with healing tea. Queen drinks tea and side effect is clarity of thought, helping her to see her original prejudices against gains are unfounded. Crown is found and all is well.
Day four: wrap up, Ball takes place and ends with Queen's blessing on Gains.

As you all finalize your characters, I would love for you all to be part of the Queen's court if you want. Just put a blurb on position, etc so I know. I'll be working on finalizing things this week and next week so we are ready. I need to get this finished before the nest round of doc visits. lol
Also suggestions for prizes is much appreciated.

Note to you all, I should be available for the whole ball. I fly out on Aug 30th, so I may be a bit slow answering posts, as I will be working on packing too. Ugh, someone shoot me plz. xD
