City Streets Field: Broken tar and faded yellow lines make up the “street” that runs down the exact center of the battle field. On either side of the road are sidewalks with pieces of concrete here and there. Fake building walls, complete with broken glass windows and grime lining the surface, limit the amount of maneuverable space on land. Trash cans and trash bags decorate the street. A sewer grate nearby continually pours a stream of fog into the air which, unfortunately, helps spread the horrible stench of the trash. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to POISON type attack

Zak knew this stage all too well. Several times he and Sakki and Zue would fight on this stage. Now it was Frea's turn but he doubt that she would be to happy with it.
"Frea you are up" he called out throwing the flareon's pokeball up into the air.
Emerging from her pokeball onto the filthy streets she wrinkled her nose against the stence. "Flare-" She began her complaint.

Merle was quite taken with the stage they were set to do battle on, the bird keeper taking her spot across from Zak. Magic, meanwhile, was happy to soar overhead and beyond taking in the Flareon and trainer on the other side of the stage.
A shrill whistle called Magic back, the pidgey back tracking to circle over her trainer's head.
"Thanks for taking the time to practice with me!" Merle called, hands cupped up by her mouth to ensure she was heard.

"Not a problem. Frea and I need the practice anyways"
The flareon gave a 'huff' like noise as if disagreeing with her trainer. Her fur ruffled a bit.
"Frea we do need practice in battles together. If you want to participate in more contests we need experience in battles as well" Zak replied to his pokemon's discontent.
"Lets start out with something simple. Flamethrower!" Zakiax called out starting the battle.
Summoning flames from within, flames began to flicker around the edges of her fur as she concentrated. Then the flareon let out the stream of flame from the focal point of her mouth.

Magic gave a startled squawk, the pidgey not having the time to respond or get out of the way of the attack. She took the hit, the heat of the attack helping to boost her a bit higher into the air and out of the way finally.
It had been a fantastic hit, but maybe they could fan the flames a bit?
"Magic, give them a taste of what those wings can do! Hurricane!"
Turning her gaze on Frea, the pidgey began to flap her wings, putting her heart into it as the wind kicked up around them.

The blast of wind sent her back, throwing her into the side of one of the buildings. "Flare!" she cried out.
"Use Smog Frea!" Zak called out.
Breathing in the Flareon took in the stench from the place around her. She soon let it out increasing it and a heavy smog filled the entire stadium.

There was no escaping the smog despite Magic's attempt to rise above it. It left the small bird coughing.
"Alright! Let's clear the air with a Twister!" Merle called out, having pulled up her shirt enough to cover her mouth a bit.
Not even hesitating, Magic was beating her wings again, putting more and more force behind it before a rather nice sized swirl came to her gusts. It grew, pulling in smog with it, giving it a rather threatening look.

Frea countered with Flamethrower, trying to redirect the massive whirling mess of combined attacks. Her flames set the smog a fire, however she was able to redirect the attack back at the bird type pokemon. She had also taken damage in the process.

Magic soared away, the little bird chirping cheerily as she made a show of getting out of the way. Not today, Frea!
"You got this, Magic! Give her a Pursuit!"
Bringing herself back around, Magic swooping down after her opponent.

Frea was thrown into another wall. Moving around quickly she moved to bite the now close bird type. Fire encasing her fangs as she bared them.
