Elpis wasn't feeling particuarly productive. The senshi stretched and draped over the railing, listening to the club below. It was loud and busy, just how she likes clubs, and the senshi would go in if not for the magical girl get up (It just didn't fit), and it didn't suit her to interrupt her patrol (as she called it) to power down, so after assured that she was hearing clearly, the senshi began dancing to the music on the roof, contently ignoring how rediculous or not she looked - and, well, ignoring the gnawing fee.ing of a Chaos agent approaching.

She kept her eyes peeled - mostly - but Elpis wasn't worried. If need be she'd act, but it didn't feel terribly potent, so Elpis simply danced to the music and grinned, humming along.

Sphalerite's appearance was not unwelcome, though Elpis has been tense sence feeling her aura up to seeing who it was, and the senshi shook her head.

"Nope. I was patrolling until I got distracted. Club, lots of people... Pretty sure some Negas have targeted these before."

Her tone oddly seemed to clearly hope Sphalerite hadn't, the senshi pausing and looking to Sphalerite worriedly.

"You doing okay?"

"I've had run in go bad." Elpis responded idly. "More worried about the higher ups or corrupts. Well, most. Still, enough problems."

Elpis shrugged and nodded.

"YeH, it's a good distraction. As for assholes, I really haven't run into any on my end. Boring night. You?" Elpis motioned.

"I'd rather people like us, less the people who harm people." Elpis smiled, catching the shimmy, and, allowed her guard to go down enough to grab Sphalerite to pull her in.

"Because people like us aren't the bad sort, who aren't taking people's choices or killing." And she dipped Sphal, in a friendly mock-gesture of dancing together. Maybe Sphal would relax?

"You know, I don't feel any auras around. We could stay powered and just chillax if you wanted." Elpis nodded.

"I can protect us both."

Elpis smiled, relaxing as she began dancing with the lieutenant. She wasn't on her team, and Elpis, for Sphal's sake, would never ask identity, but seeing her real personality come out made Elpis smile, and Elpis thought.

"In awakening, none of us." Elpis admitted. "But in how we use power, that, we get choice in." The senshi admitted with a smile as she continued dancing.

"And I know you got my back. You proved it with the youma. Those - they try eating people. I've seen it. As for choice.."

Elpis sighed, seeming to slump.

"It's not the power we're given but what we do with it... I have a friend who was forced to become part-monster because he tried to offer someone a choice, and I wish I could help him, I wish-"

And Elpis stepped back, fists clenching as tears threatened to come. "I wish I could do anything to make things RIGHT for him, so he's not miserable! He WANTED to be better, not-"

A fist slammed into the roofing and Elpis choked.

"But it was TAKEN! And.. I don't want you osing your choices!"

"It's not my place to share details... But yes. He was forced into it for trying to help. Do good. He was forced to kill or be killed and now he's suffering for it... And he's my friend. In the Negaverse, aside you. I want to find a way to help him, I just have no leads. Sphal... If you ever meet someone named Painite, stay away from her. She's dangerous."

"If you can find him. He has draconic features and he's stronger than both of us, firstly." Elpis sighed. "Much stronger. I'm wagering if we're going by levels... Top end or close." Not anywhere near Camelot, but close to it.

"Tell him you're not going to hurt him and don't threaten. Make sure to listen to him too. He's a good man. I'd trust him, as much as you've shown you can trust me... He needs friends right now."

"You have to be safe from that one. She's nuts from what all I hear... I don't want you hurt." Elpis frowned.
