"Even when it's hot, it's still pretty," Rhian was quick to respond, reaching out to clasp Chiku's hand with her own. "Just not as much fun." Giggling, she ran her other hand through her cotton-candy strands and blushed. "It does, huh? Well, I think your own looks pretty amazing, too! And I'm Rhian~ It's nice to meet you, Chiku the distracted!"

"People-watching!" The bubble-gum haired girl chirped in response, beaming at her new friend. Was it too soon to consider this new person a friend? Probably, but that wasn't going to stop Rhian from thinking of her that way. She seemed much too nice to be anything else! "There's always interesting people coming and going through the park, and sometimes there are nice animals or big events and -" Pausing to take a breath, she giggled and shrugged. "Well, there's usually something going on somewhere around here!"

"You were jogging?" Rhian echoed, tilting her head as she thought over the explanation. "I thought it was some kind of dance!" There was no hint of teasing in her voice or her eyes - she had, in fact, actually thought that was what the other girl had been doing. "You move really pretty, you know!"

"Oh, but if you were jogging I shouldn't have interrupted you," Rhian said, frowning apologetically as she grabbed a few strands of her hair and began to twirl them around her fingers. "It's very important to get all of your exercise in, isn't it? If you don't you might not be able to do as much next time, and soon you won't be able to exercise at all!" Dropping her voice to a whisper, she glanced around to make sure nobody passing by would hear, then added, "That's how couch potatoes are grown, you know."

"Um... I think he'll be girlfriendless?" Rhian ventured to answer, having no idea who this TV couple was supposed to be - she wasn't much of a TV person either. Real people were much more interesting and fun to be around and to do things with! "Unless Raven was an alien overlord's daughter and by dumping her he's signed the earth up for a one way trip into a black hole and so now he has to set her up with a new boyfriend in order to save the Earth? Oh!" Beaming now, the cotton-candy haired teen started bouncing on her heels as she added to her impromptu story. "Except it's really, really hard to get her a new boyfriend because she's a slime monster and even if beauty isn't as important as what's on the inside, when your insides are something that looks like it escaped a person's nose during flu season it's really hard to get a date!"

"With lasers!" Rhian agreed, clapping her hands in excitement as she nodded at her new friend's additions. "Because you can't have space fights without lasers! Well, I mean... I guess you can but then you'd have to get really creative to make sure it still shows up as sci-fi. Right? Because if they're just fighting with like.... sound projection or something nobody would be interested because they wouldn't see anything!" Oh, this was the best day EVER! And it wasn't even over yet~!

"Oh, um! Yes!" Aww, Chiku was leaving already? That was sad, but at least she would get to talk to the other girl again. "Skype! It's lavender underscore flutterby." Fidgeting a little, Rhian glanced around, then smiled at the blonde in a hopeful manner. "Hey, um... I'm a boarding student at Crystal, and. Well.... do you think we could meet again during the school year? And before, too, of course! But.... I have to do something besides stay on school grounds all day, you know? There's not enough to do there."
