Inali wasn't quite sure where he was when he woke up, but he knew for sure that it wasn't outside his front door. He was still on top of Abridi's back, all snug and safe, so it wasn't too much of a bother for him. But, even if he was comfortable, which way was home from here? He wiggled himself into a sitting position and giggled as Abridi lifted her trunk to rustle his hair. Was she happy that he was awake? Maybe she was scared? He nudged her sides with his legs and directed her toward the first booths he saw. Hmmm, he didn't recognize these vendors... Was he still in Yera?
"Hello, good afternoon! Hi!" He called out to people as they passed him by. "Don't mind Abri, she's curious! Oooh, that smells good, mister!"
He paused at a kebab stand and smiled at the vendor before turning Abridi away and continuing his wandering. Maybe if he wandered long enough his parents would find him? He was getting hungry...
