Hello , i'm Bando Wansel the founder of Rampage Wrestling Entertainment. I've decided to re-boot RWE , obviously but I need help & ideas . I was thinking for over a month should I bring it back and make it a guild only for caws or ??? you guys get to decided that though . Also I need a crew that are willing to help out with RWE . The available crew spot's are Vice Captian , Co- Vice Captian , General manager of Arrival , a General manager for Thunder . Oh and also I just like paying people for no reason so RWE crew members will get paid 25mil each week .

Mayor of Murderwood Just curious; why payment? Never did understand that. I don't know I just like paying people if they do thier jobs right . But if anyone doesn't want payment let me know .

So I have a legitimate question that I would like answered by the topic starter if you can appease my curiosity if you will.
Now keep in mind, I'm not trying to disrespect what you're doing so if that's how it comes out, then I apologize in advance.
Firstly, why with the reviving and the what not of the guilds? You want people to be under one single guild united (even though it will never, ever happen) but then you go around and make/revive yet another guild that's essentially the same thing, so my question is...
Why?
And before you answer that, allow me to point out that the gaian wrestling community as a whole, and this includes cosplayers, Created Wrestlers and all of that jazz. They're scarce.
By that I mean there's not a lot compared to a year ago, even more so years ago.
It means with all of these guilds around that 'you' are opening, and let's say there is a genuine interest in all of them, say five for that matter by a few people. Do you 'really' expect that all of these people with their lives and what not are going to 'always' be active for your promotions, like your rules require them to be so. Just by that alone, you're already shooting yourself in the foot and detracting people away.
Because not everyone has the capacity to be always active in one guild, let alone two, three, four, etc.
Furthermore, how are you going to run all of these guilds simultaneously in the off chance that you 'do' run them 'all' simultaneously. Even the best of us have trouble booking 'one' guild, let alone multiple ones.
You WILL get burned out, you will get burned out fast.
You WILL lose interest in doing it
It is an inevitability, it WILL happen.
More especially so if you're also competing in one of them
Let alone all of them
Not to mention competing in other places on top of that.
So coming from someone who has done that before, to someone up and coming.
Ask yourself the following
Why do you want to do this
Who are you trying to appease
What are you trying to accomplish
When are you going to stop doing the same thing over and over again
Where do you see yourself going with all of these guilds your opening
How are you going to keep them all going

When are you going to stop doing the same thing over and over again ? What is there else to do its roleplay ? ..
Where do you see yourself going with all of these guilds your opening ? Nowhere atm I only have 2 guilds the rest i've shut down .
How are you going to keep them all going ? I've worked with TNWR . If anything goes wrong im pretty sure they'll help out . My other guild RWE I can manage it on my own really . I just want a staff incase something goes wrong
I Really don't care about what people have to say ! I shouldn't even be typing damn paragraphs this website is a damn game . I don't have to take it serious . I can do anything I want cause its a game . Lol who cares about all this shxxt ! Next Year I am possibly gone ! Trying to do better with my life instead of being on the internet on a game .
