Personality: How can one begin to describe this funny guy. At first you would say hes just another guy with objectives to boot and a militaristic mind set. Not to say hes a bore, he loves to talk just about anything that comes to mind. And painfully nosy in others business. But if you're down and about and looking for a guy who can cheer you up with decent if anything type jokes, then this would be that guy. Compared to the next 20 dudes he has an insane thought process, possibly because he's mostly cyborg now so who knows. Looking into the past he was a lively person and still is now. Arseino even in the thick of it will have a smile on his face, knowing that his job is to bring peace gives him a strong will. Though this man is known for auto piloting when having conversations, and will say really weird odd things, which you could say would be a strong downfall character wise. It can become problematic.
Biography: What is a mans worth in the words of a thousand suffering voices in the head of one human. Does it compel certain obligations that of self torture or does it make a killer. Well the answer to that question is flawed, it was only a ploy to bring about ones opinion. Knowing that what gives the right to an opinion in this sick world. Who do you think you are, believing such nonsense as freedom of speech or right to a hearing. There is a bloody battle outside that window and only actions speak louder than words. But what keeps order here....It falls flat when you "Silence The Voices". It was however long ago when a solider was promoted from his rank to an entirely different occasion, where his skills would be put to the test. Not just any or odd experiment. This would determine the future of a newly bred superior soldier. Twas only a mere test of perseverance and aptitude which would enlighten the ideas of what the military could improve on. Although this request came from a secret facility wanting to make not just a super soldier but the perfect Spy/Assassin. This facility was in a very protected district branched off of government, kept hidden from FBI, CIA type branches. There was a small problem, the gov't wanted to keep wars from breaking out, so they needed a specially designed spy that could infiltrate cities and other operative bases without killing units. On the exception of a primary target needing to be silenced within the alternatives of being disabled or eradicated while stealing data from main frames.
The operative named Arsenio Celso was the one they chose for this experiment, and of course he had passed the trials in the designated time. His skills had grown substantially as the days went on. Finally it was suggested that he go through a body enchantment to further his abilities. Of course Arsenio had no choice in the matter, it was for the better anyway. The experiment was to replace body parts with high end functioning reinforced special hypothermic poly carbonate titanium liquid substance, which is an alloy that has been transmuted a solid into a liquid back into a solid to replace body parts like arms and legs (This allows the unit to keep complete human features like his skin. And would heal just like it would regularly as if he were still 100% human.) . Using magic to hard wire a nervous system between the new ligaments to his brain. While also having half his brain being reinforced with cyborg like qualities, like vast memory bank and downloading capabilities. All this falls under bio engineering otherwise it would be just making a robot. Arsenio's body was near done all they had to do was adjust his eyes which would take some time. What they are planning to do is magically adjust his ocular vision to be enhanced. This was to see through objects that possessed magics and actively download information on it, passively studying his opponents or prey from a distance or during combat. Other than that, they also worked on a suit of light armor that would increase output and add special effects to his own when wearing it. Yet its more for combat if anything for those sticky situations. With all procedures complete they released him instantly into a combat training zone using war criminals as subjects. They aided him with the suit which was fitted only for him, a sudden burst of liquid came from the device they gave him. It's magical properties gave him quite the buzz for a second which resulted him having a slight seizure trying to adapt to the new property over riding his molecular system overlapping his skin. As Arseino's eyes opened his body was covered in tough light armor with a HUD visor. The feeling of power could be felt through his entire body, it was truly remarkable and exhilarating feeling to have. Coming to senses on his test on the suit his left eye was syncing with the visor. Silence grew in his mind as he began anticipating what was going to happen next. In that instant it fully synced and he could see everything, literally everything schematics on objects his eyes hovered over. The magical quantities of the targets were clear as day to him, which followed with somewhat of a identity system. It was if he was recording data on things he viewed. Arseino could also zoom in on objects and can use sonar capabilities to night vision. Was to good to be true, this could surely make infiltrating a piece of cake.
Now that he fooled with his visor enough, it was now time to see what kind of feats he can achieve with this new body with the suit to boot. Arseino went into a lunging position and immediately took off at questionable speeds towards the few entities holding what would seem to be harmful weapons. Before the criminals could react he spun his body in a motion, flinging his body to the side while delivering a kick that instantly knocked the very wind out of his target. Arseino's visor picked up movement from behind him and reacted with back flipping behind the criminal, and shoving two fingers into the back causing the guy to collapse from temporary paralysis. Before he could take down final threat he was thrown a interesting sword. Arseino's reaction to it was him shaking his head as he grabbed it. Instantly analyzing it with his visor it showed no traces of threat. Slowly a smile grew on his face knowing exactly what it was for. Unsheathing the blade it lit up with magical current. The criminal grew impatient to die and started charging at Arseino, the voices grew quiet around him once again. Putting the blade at his hip he waited for an opportune time to slash with his blunt blade. A breath was the only thing he could hear as he plunged at the criminal the blade went right through him but did not create a wound.The man fell down to the ground paralyzed with a face of shock on it. disgusting as it looked he couldn't bare to make face with it. A few more tests were done tweaking his visor and blade and his device that liquefied his suit of armor and hardened it. Arseino was then told he must take care of his left eye for it was his mechanical eye in order to sync with the visor, which allows him to optimize or see when using the visor. They went into detail how his eye needed to be patched during daylight and can't be exposed to intense rays etc... After all that nonsense their was one last test, he had to examine and take orders from a facility of Iron Fist City to help fight or stop a war from breaking out. And it would also be good take this as a chance to test Arseino's limits so that when he comes back they may improve. So for now he will go to Iron Fist City for reason his peers have told him to.
