Vollerei left the weapons maker to head home; she wondered if her sister Denker had taken up her offer of living at her place while she was out. As she approached the tree house and saw movement in the building as well as drying cloth hanging from some rope between the branches she knew her blossom sister had. "Oi! Denker! Hope you haven't made a mess for me to clean and have food prepared!" She hollered as she climbed up the ladder that wrapped about the thick tree trunk up to her front door. "Volle!" She heard her sister chirp out and braced herself for the impact. "YOu're back! Oh.. I hope you don't mind the mess though.. I'm having a young girl over to show off some peices and teach her a bit..." "Nah.. It's fine. Got food though?""Of course." Denker rolled her eyes; her gluttonous sister never changed! "I'll join in if you don't mind sis.""OF course not!" Denker smiled. "She should be here soon."

Ariya rushed as she tried to make it on time. She of course had been distracted by something shiny and then lost track of time. However, she now held in her hand two pieces of broken jewelry that she wondered if she would learn to fix. When she got to the house that was pointed out to be the one she wanted she took a deep breath and knocked gently. "Denker? Are you here? I'm sorry I'm late." Ariya hoped that the older Alkidike wouldn't be too upset that she had taken her time in getting there.

Vollerei opened the door instead of her sister; "Hmmm... is the one you're waiting for covered in piercings?" She asked her sister. " She's a bit young for you Denk... you changed your tastes since I left?" "Urg! Volle you always say the worst things! I'm here to help her with jewelry you stupid glutton!" Denker's exasperated voice called out from the kitchen. "And yes that is the girl I'm waiting for!" Volelrei laughed and moved aside; "Come on in child. Welcome to my home which my sister appears to have taken over. I've Vollerei." Teasing her sister never got old!

When another Alkidike completely answered the door she blinked. Had she been directed to the wrong house? When the woman called out asking if it was the pierced one that she was waiting for Ariya felt a bit embarrassed. She hadn't thought to take any of her jewelry out before she came. Her mother never minded it so she didn't think others would. "Tastes? Oh, I'm not.." Then she heard the call from within the house. It caused her antennae to droop a little at the sound before they bounced back, causing the rings on them to jingle. Ariya nodded her head when she was allowed in. The young Alkidike entered and seemed to look around before she searched for Denker.

Vollereis much thinner sister bustled out and handed a bowl to Vollerei. Here glutton... eat this and stay quiet!" "But it's my house!" Vollerei grinned and happily started snacking on the salad. "Besides.. she looked a lil depressed when you denied it so vehemently!" She slung and arm about Ariya's shoulders and whispered in the girl's ear; "If you don't speak up my sis is not going to know!" She teased the girl; she honestly didn't know if the younger alkidike was here for jewelry or interested in her sister... it didn't matter to be honest! She just liked teasing Denker. "And what is your name girl my sis was waiting for?"

Seeing Denker she smiled. Ariya was happy she'd get to learn more about making jewelry. After all she had a few items that she wanted to make. When the bowl of food was passed to the other Alkidike she chuckled at the fact that she was called "Glutton." However, when the woman's arm went about her shoulders she gave a surprised look. "No, it's not like that. I only wanted to learn how to make jewelry." Ariya attempted to move away from Vollerei then. At being asked what her name was she paused and looked up at her. "I'm Ariya." She looked toward Denker for a moment then back at the woman's sister.

Heras Box In case you hadn't noticed, Volle doesn't have boundaries when she's happy. "You can ignore my older sister," Denker said with a smirk; "She's very obnoxious and has no tact what so ever!" "And yet I'm the one with a daughter." Vollerie chuckled and released Ariya. "Denk's the one to come to when you want jewelry, she makes almost all of what I wear!" She ruffled Ariya's dread locks. "Nice to meet you Ariya." She did not leave the room, instead she sat down at the table and patted a seat. "Why don't you help me as well Denker? I want to make something for Niabi.. Neska too." She wasn't sure what she wanted to make her partner, but she did want to make something. And Neska could always use gifts!

Hearing Denker she nodded her head but gave Vollerei a look when she mentioned having a daughter. So the woman had a mate. How cute! Grinning when her hair was ruffled she moved over to sit at the table as well. "I want to make something for my b--... er, sister." Since she wasn't sure just how these women would react to her calling Rishima her brother she settled for calling him a sister. After all he had stated himself that other's called him that. "I also found some pieces laying on the ground that I want to fix." Quickly she pulled them out and lay them on the table's surface. She also hoped that Denker would view those items as her reason for being late.

Heras Box all zee misunderstandings! 'My b-' Beloved? Vollerei thought with amusement. "If you're making something for a beloved, why not say it?" She chuckled. "Not like me or Denk will be embarrassed! Who's the lucky person?" Vollerei's sister rolled her eyes and examined the pieces Ariya laid out. "Hmm.. I can make something with it.. did you want to fix it or use the pieces to make something new?"

Hearing what Volle said made her turn pink in the face before she shook her head. Ariya then gave a chuckle as she spoke. "No, it's not like that. I was going to use a nickname but I don't think my sister would appreciate someone else knowing it." It was the best excuse she could come up with. Besides, Ariya wasn't even sure if these sisters would be alright with who she knew. Perhaps she should have paid more attention to Niesh during lessons. "Well, I thought about fixing them but I think making something new with them would mean more." And if she could make an improvement to what she found then that would be good, right?

"Nickname? Pfft, can't be that bad!" Vollerei chuckled as she finished her snacks and stared pilfering the box on the table for beads. Denker nodded and smiled at Ariya, ignoring her sister. "Making it yourself always means more. Shows your feelings as it were!" "Also that you care enough to put time and effort in." Vollerei quipped from her lounging position on the floor, where she was playing with some beads. "Hmm... think earrings or bracelet would be easier to make? What d'ya think, Ariya, a girl your age would like more?"

Ariya grinned. Regardless she wasn't going to say it. Instead she focused on taking the things apart so that she could re-purpose them. Having Denker tell her that it would, indeed, mean more she nodded her head with a smile. "Thanks." When Vollerei asked her what a girl her age would like more she blinked and tried to think of an answer. "Well, I'd like earrings more, but then again I have multiple piercings. So maybe a bracelet?" Ariya innocently raised her shoulders in a silent statement of "I have no idea." Honestly she didn't really hang out with anyone, let alone someone her age. Her attention was too easily taken by shiny things. Speaking of.. The beads that Volle was playing with caught her eye and she leaned a bit closer to look. One that stood out was a dull green. "Very pretty."

"Hmmm" Vollerei mused over the beads and rolled them around some. Neska did not have piercings as of yet so perhaps a bracelet would be best? Now to figure out a design! Normally she'd just ask her sister to make it, but since it was a gift for her daughter she wanted to make it herself! She held up the bead that'd attracted Ariya's eye. "It is nice... you want to use it? I'm thinking something more blue or pink would fit Neska more than greens." Neska liked soft colors for the most part. Maybe shell's too.... Perhaps she could braid a bracelet with some beads and shells? "Are braided jewelry a thing for youngsters these days? I know fashion always seems to change year to year." She asked out loud.

"Really? I can use it?" Ariya was excited to be offered the bead. It had a nice tint to it and she thought about adding it to a future project. Perhaps one for her adopted mother. Holding her hand out for it she grinned at Volle. "Thank you." When the older Alkidike started to ask about what the younger generation wore she had to lift her shoulders again. "Perhaps. Though I'm sure if it's made for them personally they will wear it." Or at least she hoped she was right. If Ariya had gotten something handmade from Niesh then she'd wear it for sure.

Vollrei smiled; excitable girl! She'd never been that excited over baubles... but offerings of food? Oh yes! "Mmm... Neska's certainly happy when Denker makes her stuff.. but then i am too." Vollerei muttered to herself as her sister smiled int he corner and set up her own beading to finish a project for Vollerei. "Oh just make something Volle! Neska's not that picky! And Ariya is right." Denker said with a roll of her eyes. "But what if it looks terrible?" Vollerei chuckled. "All messy and with random colors? Maybe I ought to make one really bad item just to see her reaction!"
