Of course it's because you're 15, allegedly. Cosplaying as a character, bastardizing them essentially. But alas this is what they teach in schools these days. Less grammar, less of the learning of how to spell, and more of pussifying themselves. Dumbing down the youth.
You want people to reveal their real names to you, according to your guild for what reason exactly do you want their real names?
Regardless, I should be quick to point that you're just like one all of those other drop in the bucket newbies that embarrass themselves for attention, and when you get the attention you don't want you're quick to bash others rather than I don't know listen and heed the advice of the veterans that YOU are trying to impress in the first place.
Simply put we want you and your newbie friends to succeed, because that's pardon the overused pun 'Best for Business'. however what you represent, you portray, and your mannerisms, etc. That is toxic, and believe me I know first hand about all of that.

We have respect.
Oh sure, I can wholeheartedly say that a vast majority of this community hates my guts, and wishes me gone for good.
However, they respect what I've done. Much like I respect them for what they've done.

We know how things work, we know things like personal lives exist
like school, work, family, private time, etc.

You'll quickly become irrelevant soon enough, not that you were to begin with and you've all but confirmed it.
You should be ashamed of yourself for being a drop in the bucket, common variety, poor grammar, irrelevant newbie.
Your parents should be ashamed of the child they created, and they should be embarrassed the condom broke, and the birth control pills didn't either.
Your teachers should be ashamed for producing a 'fine' individual such as yourself.
