We are currently still looking into improving the balancing the the Kicopots. Although we all prefer our Gaians to do offers to get Gcash, Kicopot allows Gaians who have a little extra gold to have a chance to win up to 100,000 GC. The main chase in this item is for the grand prize of 100,000, while at the same time, you are still benefiting from this, and getting a small amount of gold.

We're aware of this and right now there isn't a way to fix it, however, what you can do is report the person before you ignore them and then proceed to put them on your ignorelist.

With Loyal's change in admittance policy/procedure, a bunch of us received letters letting us know we had met the requirements to enter the shop/guild, though we had access prior. Because of the policy change are we going to be getting this message every 90 days now?
Some people also received the admittance letter multiple times (perhaps paired up with the 'sorry but you've been kicked out' one as well) and it sounds like they possibly had 30 tokens deducted for each admittance letter received. Can they file a ticket to be re-credited the excess tokens?

We're going to report this to our dev team to take a look into it and see what's going on, right now we'd like to advise you to not file a ticket on this to recover your tokens as the support team does not have a way to actually credit you the tokens. Instead, please feel free to post in that bug thread and we'll take down your username to look into this.

If u had an old account with over 500 bil in gold and over 300 bil in items plus having most of the 03 items like ninja headband, omg hat, and deviltail is there any type of way to get that stuff back i mean i worked really hard and put years into that account it all got lost for nothing i tryed to contact you guys through email and report it but never got any respond so if you can help me with this problem i will really be grateful thank you for your time

You'll have to file a support ticket at our Help Center regarding this and include any information that will help us identify your account. I have checked your ticket history and don't see one that you filed with this account, when you file a ticket, please make sure that you receive a ticket ID at the end, this will ensure that your ticket was filed.

Sure we can- we don't have any plans to create new fish at this time, but there are always more ways to use Alchemy.

Some of us who are doing the Alchemy are unable to craft because the Fishing game is screwed by the captcha. I wish I can ask for an alternative such as a CI of Fish like how how you did with the Bug Jar in Loyal's Bazaar, but someone told me that will ruin the Fishing game as well as the economy.

I saw that the prize gold was still the same as it was years ago, and to be honest it's kind of laughable? 50,000g in this economy isn't that much of an impact to someone, and that's if you place in First. Are there any plans to renovate the prize pool in the future?

There are- it requires some substantial dev time which we've currently directed towards doing some site repairs, and the summer event. We're looking into fixing payout inconsistencies once these have been finished.

I'm really worried about being banned because I warned Chatterbox about the user who hacked me.

You will not get into trouble for reporting this user, please go ahead and file a Hacking Report about this situation and include all details possible. Make sure that you have changed the password on your account to ensure that the person no longer has access to your password. Finally, educate yourself on various phishing methods by reading our blog post here!

Awesome idea, but I'm not sure it can be accommodated at this time, mostly due to character canon being super duper complicated! This was also a factor in why the Mint Tickets are very scarce.

We certainly like you, we just don't see an e-mail that you sent to us applying to SCAS. We have also been letting people know when they have not been accepted to SCAS. You will get an e-mail as to whether or not you have been accepted to SCAS as long as you include your username in the e-mail. If you have not included your username in your application e-mail then you will not be getting a reply back. We will post a staff notice when we have gone through all the SCAS application e-mails.
I believe I still have copy of it in my sent mail. It was a long time ago now though so I will have to check. I did send with my username all over it, and a nice long letter as to why I wanted to join. So the fact you say you do not see it is odd to say the least. Thank you for letting me know I will fail. And that others you do not include will be notified.
Nowhere in my post did I say that you would fail getting into SCAS, nor was it implied that you will fail. I looked up your username, Renaissance, in our SCAS application e-mails and do not see an e-mail. Please ensure that the e-mail was sent to apply4beta@gaiaonline.com. To my knowledge the item did NOT sell out, and I have no way of knowing if any of the
CIs dropped their main prize (especially since both the Platinum Ticket and Tailor Ticket
have been released in other items as well). Is the raffle going to be held soon or has it
already happened? Tag on question, Does Gaia EVER plan on being more transparent
with their means of choosing raffle winners? They are always announced but we never
get to see how Gaia came about with those specific winners. Do you draw names from
a hat, or just pick the name that sounds coolest, or straight up rig it and pick friends?

Raffle winners are picked from a randomly generated list, though choosing them based on coolness of name sounds like a good idea now that you mention it.

We don't have any plans for re-releasing items that are available though the Gift Boxes, Crystal Boxes or DC- if there's anything like rare RIG drops that are no longer in circulation that's another matter!

We don't have any town themed events planned in the near future, since our summer event is nearly finished, but you can tell your friend that Loyal is surely going to be involved in several future events.

I noticed today that I heard back about my SCAS application. I'm not sure yet if I'm going to go through with it yet, I'm a bit afraid of committing to this shadowy entity. sweatdrop Can you give me a taste of what it'd be like? Here are some questions I have:
What exactly would I be doing as a member? Would I be beta-testing upcoming features a lot? How does this funcationality work (would it be like the closed beta for zOMG!, where there's a clone of the site only approved users can access)? Is there also item testing?
Is my feedback sent to you directly? Do you listen to what SCAS users say and fiddle with upcoming things with their suggestions in mind? Or is it still like the regular user experience with the users shouting into the void in hopes a passing tornado will bring you our feedback?

All of these questions you should be asking by replying to the e-mail that you received. sweatdrop I'll answer what I can without getting into too much detail for those that have not been accepted.
As we've mentioned before, being a SCAS member entails testing out new features and releases we have on Gaia Online before they go live to the public. By doing this you'll be helping us find any bugs and provide feedback for these features. The NDA is a non-disclosure agreement, a common contract for things such as this. We require any Gaian that gets an invitation to SCAS to sign this to help ensure that they do not leak any of the private information that is posted into the guild. If you have anymore questions, please reply to the e-mail you received.

As for my question, is there maybe a chance of announcements about bundles including a list of all the items in the bundle or at least have all the items tagged with the name of the bundle? It's so frustrating looking at a picture of an item set in a new bundle and not knowing how to find it in the market place without help.

Well I was thinking about the one with the pikachu recolored grunny, but really most of them have this problem. For example, the newest Bundle, Summer Skies, only list the names of some of its items in the announcement, and searching for summer skies in the market place doesn't bring them up. As it stands now, I'll have to go find some user made list of items in the bundle, when I think they should just all be named in the announcement or at least tagged with "Summer, Skies" so that searching for it will bring them all up

Could Dumpster Dive be improved? I've actually been using it a lot lately and I often find it empty. Is it possible for there to be an unlimited supply of items in there? If no donations have been made recently, the admin can donate an unlimited supply or papers or something to keep it going.

Mmm... I'm pretty sure this is already a functionality of Dumpster Dive. If no items are inside of it, then admin will donate some paper into it.
