Being the child of a deceased criminal and a working mother, led to a pretty harsh life for Lei, she was often cast out from the other kid's games and would often be the last one picked if she ever did get to join, teased and resented by the other kids due to her blood. it turned even worse when she was bullied in her early school days, often picked on because of her father's reputation, everywhere she went people gave her dirty looks and frowned faces, whispers of gossip and hate always seemed to be within earshot wherever she went, their almost always empty house due to her mother's heavy double (sometimes triple) shifts gave way to a lot of lonely nights sleeping alone.
It wasn't until middle-school that she decided something for herself. Fed up with the constant taunting and bullying, she decided to become the very thing they expect out of her. A trouble-maker, slowly she started breaking rules outside of the classroom and causing mayhem wherever she went. At one point turning on the emergency fire system and flooded the whole school, another time lacing the whole class's room with stink bombs and setting it off when she was clear out of harm's way. More infamously was the time her middle-school hands grabbed the p.a. system's speaker and started playing with it, playing extremely loud death metal music throughout campus. Sure enough, she was kicked out of her school and eventually her mother and her moved to America.
