Here are some rules to make RP fun for everyone.
A new thread is a new RolePlay
Give your RolePlay a name
(example: Late for The Tea Party)
Make another thread for your RolePlay where people can assign themselves roles and describe their appearance/upload art of their appearance/indicate their appearance is their avatar. So this thread contains a format like Name RolePlay: Roles.
(example: YugureMuffin: A White Rabbit, human female form with white rabbit ears and white fluffy tail, red eyes, slim build, short about 5'0, wears a waistcoat with a pocket for a pocketwatch over a blouse, with a skirt and boots)
(format example: Late for The Tea Party: Roles)
The person setting up the thread is responsible for it. They can set up rules and put up joining requirements.
(example: No grammar mistakes.)
But please, don't kick them if they make one mistake. Everyone makes mistakes.
