I have these quirks: Jasper is a dominant and engaging individual. He has no problem taking the reins and will handle problems directly, usually aggressively. His go to solution to a problem is to blast it. This doesn't mean he is stupid though. He is plenty cunning and quiet capable at creative thinking. So why does he just blast it first usually? Well because it is simple, and simple usually works. Jasper will always support the most direct and simplistic way to achieve a goal. He tends to be a realist with his attitudes and points of views. He is very energetic, friendly, and brimming with confidence. He likes to move around, talks with his hands a lot, and is in general somewhat restless. Be warned he can be unpredictable as well.
We cant all have sad stories now can we? Jasper was born a normal human that was lost at sea when he was a child. He drifted in the warm waters of the Caribbean on debris until he ended up washing a shore on a small uncharted island in the Bermuda Triangle. The island was no larger than 600 yards by 250 yards and fairly low lying. Completely undeveloped and desolate except for one other being, a life spirit. This spirit of life rescued the lost Jasper and restored his life force while at the same time giving birth to something more. He had washed in on the surging waters preceding a hurricane, and that hurricane dispersed over their island.
As the storm vanished over head it seemed on weather radar to be collapsing in on the island, no one from anywhere ever bother to investigate that occurrence. But on that island Jasper awoke as a new person in many ways. In saving his life the spirit of life had also given him a great gift. He could now control air and lightning; he was a force of nature himself, he was a storm in flesh and blood. This new Jasper learned to control his powers under the tutelage of the life spirit and lived on the island with the spirit until he was twenty. At that time the spirit suggested to him that he should leave and explore the world. With the encouragement to do so Jasper left the island. He now has made it to his first city on the main land in the US, Jump City.
My power lies with-in: Total control over air and lightning. Can manipulate the surrounding air at will in various ways ranging from creating flows of air, condensed wall of it, explosive bursts, and even a form of levitation. (not true flight but more floating himself, others, and things) He can create electrical energy and bolts of lightning from his body and manipulate how the energy travels. Extreme vitality make him immortal and gives him boosted healing of injuries he takes since he is not indestructible. Additionally something about his electric powers makes him physically faster, though not stronger, than normal humans and he definitely has a superb reaction time.
