Time for another training session! Zebo rarely matched Zinnia's enthusiasm for battle, but knowing who his opponent would be made him even more excited than his trainer, for once. He hardly listened to her words of encouragement before leaping down onto the field. He'd managed to defeat the beautiful gardevoir last time; would she be impressed by him now? Or was she offended?

Nel had calmed down significantly since the last battle. Thinking about it, Lenore was only a child - she probably wouldn't realize what she had done. As the two reached the edge of the stadium, the gardevoir teleported down to the field before curtsying towards Zebo.

Nel jumped out of the way of Zebo before the electricity could hit her, and she blushed. It seemed like he hadn't forgotten what she'd done, even if Lenore had. Not sure what to say, she opted to just continue singing.

Zebo smiled at the blush. It seemed like Nel was shy. "(Don't be like that~)" he teased, though he was already beginning to feel dizzy.

Zebo continued attacking, though blackness crept in his periphery. He thought he could hear Zinnia telling him to hang in there, but it was difficult to hear anything other than Nel's ethereal song.

Nel was knocked onto her butt by the liepard's swing, but she kept on singing for lack of an alternative order.
Up in the trainer's box, Lenore had gotten distracted by a piece of paper with words on it and was engrossed in reading it.

Zebo slumped to the floor, once again defeated... he hadn't even managed to get a promise of a date out of her.
"Thanks for the battle!" Zin called, returning the tired liepard to his pokeball.
