Zinnia and Shadow Mew entered the stadium together. After a short exchange of encouragements, they took their places on the field. It was time for Zin to rematch her best friend!

Lenore entered the stadium with Sheoldred's pokeball in hand. Reaching the trainer's box, she sent out the butterfree, who, without waiting for orders, immediately sent a huge amount of blood racing at the mew.
Lenore tilted her head at the butterfree's actions. Was she still mad from the last battle?

Shadow winced in pain as she was blasted backward by the ice-cold blood. The butterfree felt stronger than before.
"Ice Beam!" Zinnia commanded.
The mew released a bright blue orb that arced for Sheoldred.

"Protect yourself with Safeguard!"
Sheoldred shook violently, sending blood flying everywhere, but instead of falling, it hung in the air, creating a scene of suspended gore. As the ice beam raced for Sheoldred, it was intercepted by a few of the globs of suspended blood, which froze on impact before falling to the ground and shattering.

Shadow tore some chunks of rock from the stadium floor and used them to form a defensive ring around her body.

Shadow grit her teeth and sent one of the rocks floating around her out to squash her opponent. The battle was not turning out in her favor this time.

The mew teleported to Zinnia's side, but even that wasn't fast enough to avoid all of the blood that hit her. She drooped, at the edge of complete exhaustion.
"Thanks for the battle!" Zin said, waving to Lenore. "Let's got to the pokemon center together!" She and Shadow hurried out their side of the stadium, eager to rest.
