Personality: Back in her prime years, Charlotte had a a rather rash and outgoing personality as well as a hot headed temper that went with her rather nightmarish spells. Fast forward quite a few years later and you will notice Charlotte's personality has smoothed out quite a bit. Nowadays, she is very easygoing, calm, and collective with a rather strong sense of justice. Her scary temperament does make itself known on occasions though especially when someone presses her buttons or takes her kindness for granted.
History:
Back when she was human, Charlotte grew up in a town in Europe. Every year, proposals would happen under an old tree in the center of town and, since a young age, Charlotte always dreamed about finding a true love there. She thought she met that someone when she was 20 and went to meet him one night by the tree. Instead of this turning into the dream she had hoped for, it turned out to be a huge nightmare. The man came as well as his friends. Heavily drunk, they began beating on her and, eventually, tied her up to the tree and setting it and her on fire. Both perished but something odd happened and Charlotte's soul survived. Though she only seemed to be alive in the dreams of the man she once loved. He began dreaming of other woman. And the dreams he did have of her were ones of torturing her like the night she died. Charlotte built up more anger and finally snapped. She manipulated the dreams of the man and killed him, devouring his soul and becoming strong enough to have a physical form again in the real world. Thus her journey as a witch began. She gained much power and formed a witch cult that would be involved in the many wars with Death and other witches and demons. One of the demons she fought often with was one named Divine. After a very long battle with him, Charlotte managed to strike down one of Divine's allies, Kain, which was something that changed their relationship. Seeing Divine's distress of Kain, Charlotte began questioning her choices up until this point. She ended up softening up to Divine and promised to get Kain back. Over the years, Charlotte learned to make artificial beings like dolls and figured she would be able to do the same for Kain, and she did after a lot of work. After that, Divine and Charlotte became allies of sorts, meeting occasionally to talk about the battles they had and about world events. Charlotte had begun turning her life around and became a witch that seemed to fight for good. After the events on the moon, when the witches allied with Death, Charlotte offered a way to get more beings of madness to assist the DWMA which was a group called the DMA. She became the first head of the group and acted as a sort of link between the DWMA and witches which many frowned upon, including Divine. Despite this, the two continued meeting at times and eventually got together and had a child named Mirai and, later on, a boy named Vincent. After Divine's death, Charlotte has continued her duties as the DMA head and also has taken a lot more of an active role in protecting the city. She has recently been offered a position in the Witch Council.

Dream illusions
- Can create illusions based on her opponent's dreams/nightmares
Dream Bubble
- Charlotte can create her own little realm for a fight. This enhances her illusions as well as makes the battle turn in her favor. (Lasts 8 posts, can only be used once per battle)
Nightmare Mold
- Charlotte can use her magic and form it into dark creatures that range in sizes. she can even implant them into inanimate objects. Her doll, Charl is a good example of this.
Sleep Paralysis
- Charlotte launched an orb of magic at her enemy and temporarily paralyzes them. At the same time, their worst fears come to reality (in their mind) and begin to torment them while they are frozen in place. (Lasts 2 posts)
Regeneration Magic
- Charlotte can regenerate if she is injured and can also do the same to others (though she ends up with the same injury that that person had)
Dream Tap
- Charlotte can tap into other people's dreams or put herself in them. (Permission from other rper required)
Nightmare Mode
- A special form Charlotte can assume when she takes in the negative feelings or nightmares of her opponents. This forms enhances her illusions, reinforcing them, thus making them real. While in this form, Charlotte's own physical attributes are enhanced as well. Allowing for her to fight longer, take more damage, move faster and heal quicker than usual. Her overall appearance in this form, is that of a pale skinned woman, clad in black attire and such. As with all powerful abilities, this one comes at a cost. Whenever she uses this form, it takes a tremendous amount of concentration and energy in order to sustain it, so this form lasts for approximately 30 minutes. (5 posts). However, she is able to increase the time to 1 hour or 10 posts, but at the cost of damaging her own body and soul.
"You Cannot Escape"
- Charlotte's strongest attack. Everyone has had a nightmare where they try and run from the monster in their head but can't. That nightmare becomes real with this attack. Charlotte launches a orb of energy at an enemy. If hit, the enemy will not be able to move. After that, Charlotte creates her attack: a large monster looking creature made out of her madness. It grows and grows and Charlotte launches it at the enemy. When the madness hits the enemy, it will rip the them to shreds both physically and mentally. This is a last resort attack that is rarely used by Charlotte. If she uses this attack, Charlotte will no longer have any energy to fight and results in a week long recovery period where Charlotte can barely move.
