We do this so that we can get the actual pre-event thread out instead of forgetting to do it. By releasing the pre-event thread first, we guarantee that it gets out because we still have to go back and move the live event thread.

The amazing Flarn Vitamin Drink was released recently and many of us couldn't be happier, heck I've had a petition for it for eight years! Just want to start by saying thank you so much to whomever finally granted this wish and gave us the skins, now we can finally be undead zombie alien-human hybrid thingies! That being said, here's my question:
Where do we get the hairdos associated with the Flarn skin? The announcement shows the male base with Flarn's hair but it isn't included with the item! Could the hair for the male and female bases be added as extra poses to the item so we could enjoy our skins with maximum Flarnoicity?

Hi there! The Vitamin Drink is working as designed, and we don't intend on adding any more new poses to it. The hair though, we'll have plans for it in the future. cool

Something more in-depth, yes. That particular post covers things that have been recently found to be abused, but doesn't address things like usernames that are graphic, or that "post" also means things that aren't in the public areas of Gaia. Well, not having explicit content anywhere on Gaia covers it, but helps to be clear that it means non-public spaces as well, and for various forms of content. Not sure if I'm making sense about expounding on the post sweatdrop

This is not so much a question as it is a suggestion. How about a mining game? We could earn gold, charms, and other items. Of course it wouldn’t be constant get item, get gold, get item, get gold, etc. There could be random monster encounters or the mine could collapse if you mine too much, and some of the items could junk items.

How about a new game in which we can get our flowers and bugs from more easily? Gaia needs a garden simulator where we can just grow the flowers we need. We can buy the seeds from Rina, plant them, and have to water them daily and the better care we take of them, the more we'll be able to harvest. Plus, it could also be a way to collect bugs too. Perhaps part of taking care of them we gotta catch bugs. So we could get our bugs and flowers more easily that way.

It's possible that item doesn't have the requirements of that achievement given that it's a relatively recent item compared to that achievement. There are some other guns that will trigger the achievement to work. If you're still having problems, go ahead and file a ticket with our Help Center.

Hi, staff. I greatly enjoyed last month's throwback event. It was fun seeing so many NPCs honored, especially Flarn, a personal favorite of mine.
With that said, I was absolutely crushed when the month ended without a Johnny K. Gambino tribute item.
I just don't understand. Gambino's influence on Gaia is immeasurable. He kicked off the first anniversary ball. He founded G-Corp, and caused a zombie apocalypse. He hosted the first annual Gaia Olympics. He started the first-ever gold sink, an event to re-build his mansion, and make it stretch toward the sky. We've seen him die and come back; we've seen him fuse with Gino and become a superhero. His scheming brought the Zurg to Gaia, and kicked off the events of zOMG. There has hardly been ANY event or storyline in all of Gaia's history that did not bear his mark in some way, shape, or fashion.
Even after his death, he continues to influence the plot. Gino's memories of his father--and the infamous letter--are what led him to become the Titan that he is today, the only one capable of stopping Nyx.
So I just want to know why.
Why, out of 31 items, was there not one for Johnny K. Gambino, the most powerful man on Gaia?
In an event dedicated to the memories we have on this site... why was he left out? Especially when memories are all we have left.

Unfortunately with only 31 days in the month of May and many, many more NPCs than this, a lot of the NPC choices were by user-voted popularity or a result of requests for items specifically relating to that NPC that have been long-standing. Never fear, we do understand how important of a man Johnny K. Gambino is to the creation of Gaia as we know it to be today, even though he has long since passed. We will have to find some way to pay our tributes on a later date, especially since his one and only heir is currently holding the fate of Gaia in his hands in our storyline...!

Is there anyway to add page numbers/links to the top of inventory and MP selling pages? If I want to go to the final page to look at or sell something, I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to do so. Would be easier if it were available at the top, too (like it is in the forums).

My question is about the Fishing game. Could we have the captcha -Before- the game is played, and the buckets auto-saved?
Like Booty Grab. Captcha before game and rewards are autosaved. In the Fishing game I think this would spare a lot of buckets from being lost. Especially if the game reverts back to the stubborn and difficult captcha system.

Way back in early December 2014 many users experienced a phenomenon known as the serial_not_in_owner_location bug/glitch which caused issues that includes one or more of the below:
Causes gifts to lose its ability to be opened. ← I believe this one was fixed.
Causes a trade to lose its ability to be successfully completed.
Causes items in marketplace shops to lose their ability to be purchased.
Causes the items above to disappear and never return to inventory once it expires.
Causes some avatars not to be able to dress and save.
Tickets were filed, some tickets were cancelled by CSRs [which caused the users to have to reopen them or just give up trying], no resolve has been found, and tickets are still untouched. This issue has been brought up in the appropriate place and overlooked for months. With June fast approaching and this issue having been consistent since early December, it feels under rug swept. I am now seeing new cases of it being reported in the Bug Report & Technical Support forum. Can those afflicted please get an update of the status of the issue? The bug is a very severe hindrance and we have been waiting very patiently on an announcement concerning the issue for half a year. Thank you for taking the time to read [and hopefully] respond.

These are not being swept under the rug but I understand it is taking much to much time to get it fixed. For those who submitted tickets and had them closed and the isue still unresolved. Please resubmit them. We are presently addressing as many of these as we can. (ex. http://www.gaiaonline.com/forum/site-feedback/5-month-serial-owner-locatoin-problem-resolved-akslda-fd/t.96469199/)

If you're referring to submitting a user-created item mockup with the image itself blown up to 200 or 300%, that's fine! However, you cannot add pixels to the item or erase pixels from the item either. If you have more questions, you can send an email to project-custom @ gaiaonline.com
