[ The Book Room: Knight's Chapter ]
It was a quiet room, wash white. It was almost comforting to Noemi cause it was like the infirmary. She half expected to see someone rushing in, or one of her patients that she had helped. Instead, she saw a table with a single sword and a single book.
The book wasn't open yet, so her fingers played over the cover. It was white etching, and the book wasn't particulary heavy. It was funny how she felt in the dream, as she opened it.
Then it was as if she was really there.
Riona, the knight that followed Felix. Her whole story laid bare for Noemi to see.
For Noemi to remember.
She read page after page, feeling what Riona felt, Seeing what Riona saw. It was like the legacy event again, where memory after memory of someone else not her was. She was almost at the end when she felt the tears.
It was the first time she had read such a confusing but amazing happy ending.
And as she turned to the last page, she saw the bold words. The threat or warning? that came from such a story.
And then she woke.
