Ask the Elf is an Article in the HM, where your questions are answered. If you post it here, Your identity will be known and everyone will be able to read it in the hogwarts monthly. If you have a question but would not like others to know you asked it, PM me with subject line "Ask the Elf: Question" And your question will appear in the monthly anonymously. Also feel free to ask any questions.
Hogwarts Monthly are released the 15 of every month. SO if you post a question after the 12th it will appear in the next issue.
