Notes:
1. I will only take a max of 12 regular and 12 familiar.
2. This thread will remain open until June 1st. I will only take customs until the end of May though!
3. I prefer adults-only right now, but don't let that stop you from posting your form!
4. I will be CCing and rolling. But! If I roll a custom and I feel I can't successfully complete it, I will reroll.
