Adriel: -taken off guard when he's knocked off his feet, elbows scrape the ground as he tries to catch himself. Growls lowly in response to the savagely counterpart.- Looks like I struck a nerve this time. I didn't think you would mind if I stole your sister's company.

Tadaaki ignored his sister's cry at his sudden and rather violent entrance into the situation. She had gotten herself into a tight spot and whether they followed the same deity or not, she was his only flesh and blood. Adriel had already annoyed and put him on alert, but seeing him push his sister around with his little games had gone too far.

The feline Follower that stood here now bore no resemblance to the obedient male that Adriel had toyed with before. His face was twisted, his lips curled back around sharp teeth, his green eyes promised violence and bloodshed. The guttural sounds that came from him were savage and he looked completely feral, perhaps one step down from rabid. Certainly this was not the same "Princess" Adriel had grown fond of tormenting. The sound of Midaaki's voice fell deaf upon his ears. This predator had locked on to his prey and he would not let anything-- not even his sister-- stand in his way or take him off his game. Either Adriel would be put down, or he would have to put Tadaaki down.
