Hugbell had disappeared to her homeworld in a hurry. She'd packed food and water enough for a day or two. Something seemed wrong and she'd told her parents she was going on a field trip with something that actually didn't exist. They were busy, she figured she'd be fine for the few days she was going. She'd hopefully be back before supper the next evening.

As she stood there though she looked around, it was eerier than normal. Quite. Still. Hugbell stood in the center of the town taking a breath and closed her eyes. It was lurking, but where? It felt oddly familiar and she knew there was trouble. Nothing could live here though, why was something here? Yellow eyes opened suddenly as she pivoted on her heel. Taking up a fighting stance she'd learned during her time as a chibi. "I know you came back." She called, looking around.

Was it? Goosebumps were forming and while she tried to force past life memories they wouldn't come. However, she had a feeling from the stories there were youma. Or rather a youma that plagued her homeworld for centuries. If her theories were correct that were.

She took off running in the direction of the old school house. It seemed the thick air of chaos was getting stronger. It was the only explanation. "I know you're there come out!" She slid to a stop and summoned Barnaby who she placed on her shoulder.

What had it come back for? Why was it back? There was nothing for it here, no people, nothing. Unlike earth which had everything, and then slowly Hugbell began to think about something. She reached up to the ribbon she was currently wearing around her neck as a choker. Could it be after the crystal field? It seemed to be a source of power.

When the senshi walked slowly to try and locate it, in the shadows a figured lumbered growling as if watching it's prey. Hugbell looked around, was it moving from place to place? The cluster of buildings around the school were dense so it had plenty of room to lurk.

"Come out. Stop being a coward." She said continuing to move slowly trying to locate where it was hiding, but from what she could tell it was running in the shadows. "You're here you're obviously not afraid of me or you wouldn't be back."

It was then the shine of red eyes appeared from shadows further away from Hugbell and since Dusk was falling on the homeworld it was darker than Destiny who's street lights kept the shadows at bay. The teen looked startled at the sudden appearance of eyes. Larger than what she expected.

Then swiftly the creature busted out of the shadows Sharp teeth snarling. It was larger than a bear, and it's face slightly resembled that of a bears, while it's long legs looked more like a dinosaur, and it's tail long with a sharp scythe at the end. The long fangs reminded Hugbell of a saber tooth and she squeaked a little bit trying to run back but not managing it.

She was knocked down the youma's clawed feet resting on her shoulders keeping her pinned the ground as it snarled. She tried to kick it off to no avail. She was too frightened to even notice the past life visions of her running away from the city with it following her.

Hugbell struggled to free herself as the beast snarled and snapped at her face. Barnaby was still near by having just fallen off her shoulder. She looked back at the bear. "Teddy Comfy Catches." She managed to squeak out while struggling with the monster. The bear's sudden growth caught the youma off guard and He backed up looking at the bear snarling before going after it forgetting Hugbell for the moment. When the girl was freed she jumped and threw a kick at the monster's side trying to fend it off the bear who was shrinking. "STOP don't you hurt him!" She cried though he punches and kicks seemed to do little to phase the monster. Sudden movement in the corner of her vision caught her attention and though she refused to look away from the monster as it's claws connected with her side slamming hard into the senshi.

Hugbell tumbled and rolled before crawling away as fast as she could from the monster. She glanced behind her, he was coming fast for her. Suddenly he pounced Hugbell threw her body weight into rolling to one side and away from the attack, narrowly missing claws to the back. She was bleeding from where the claws connected to her side and she was breathing hard, she struggled to her feet and ran in the direction she'd seen the movement grabbing the stuffed bear who had also taken a chunk of damage from the beast.

"Barnaby I think I need help!" The young senshi was use to handling youma on earth she had back up, but now she was alone and not sure she could handle the monster coming after her alone. It'd been ages since she'd faced it. Of course, she wasn't fast enough to escape and the monster snarled giving another flying jump catching the back of her leg, the senshi let out a scream before going down aiming a kick for the monster's face.

In that moment something happened. . . Hugbell had managed to roll over and now time seemed frozen in the court yard, which was as far as she'd made it away from the buidlings. The monster was hoovering over the young senshi snarling it's face in hers daring her to move.
