Art:
Karma has been into art sense she was a child, and it is an extremely large part of her life. Her main focus is drawing and painting, but she has dabbled in jewelry design and creation, crafting, woodwork, music, photography and a multitude of others, though she always goes back to drawing and painting. She is both fond of digital and traditional mediums, owning her own Wacom tablet ( One of her prized possessions ) and a staggering collections of paints, pastels, oils, and charcoals. Walking into her supply closet is like walking into an art store all of its own. Having done a brief stint in a private art school as a teenager ( Before relocating from the Pacific North West to Destiny city ) karma has learned the joys of "Arting it up" in non traditional locations.

Shes not afraid to chat people up about her work, or theirs. She frequents galleries, and public places were the artistic community is strong. Craft fairs? Hell yeah. Conventions? You betcha. Paint party? Shes probably running it.

Work
You would think with her personality type, that she wouldn't be a workaholic. But when your job is the brain child of you and your partner, you just cant help but love it. Karma pours her heart and soul into the bar, often redecorating to the extreme for themed nights. She isn't afraid to get down and dirty if she has to, there are times when she has personally stayed and cleaned every dish in the building until it was ready for the next day. Of course living right below the bar really helps. She prides herself of KNOWING her employees, and just thoroughly enjoys the environment Destiny and herself have created with the bar.

Internet in all its Glory
Oh yes. The Internet. Karma has on occasion lost hours... days... to the black hole that is the 'net. Youtube video linking to youtube video and suddenly three hours have gone by. Funnyjunk? DA? RP forums and message boards. She loves it all, and has several close friends whom she has never met in person, and probably never will. Or maybe she has... Who knows who is behind that username.
Karma is also a big fan of online RP and RPGs. Because you know, its just like writing a story. With other people.

Reading
Karma is an avid reader. She loves the smell of a good book, but is no stranger to the digital e-reader. Destiny and herself have obtained an impressive library, many tombs with two copies ( One hers and One Destiny's ) because that is just bound to happen when two book worms live together. She loves to visit book stores, buy a book ( Or sometimes not... >_> ), and just sit in the lounge chairs that are scattered through the store and read. She dosn't frequent book clubs in person, but she is a big fan of book circles online and is a member of quite a few. One day she hopes to publish a book of her own, but other projects keep taking her time away, and her grand plans for novels often end up as RP groups online.

Cosplay:
Yep. Shes that kind of nerd. She loves to Larp, Cosplay at conventions, Or even tag along to Boffer events just to dress up in costume and watch. Not that not having an occasion to dress up in costume has ever stopped her. Much to her significant others horror, Karma on occasion randomly shows up to work in strange and bizarre getups, sometimes costumes fandom costumes, sometimes themed garb ( Medieval, steampunk, Lolita ), sometimes straight up COSTUMES.... Zombie day at work is the best. Its one of the few benefits of her stay at art school... all those costume design and stage makeup classes. Halloween is like her Christmas.

Virtues:
Laid Back:
Karma is very much a go with the flow type of girl when it comes to dealing with people and life in general. When bad things happen, oh well. How do we deal with it and move on. Someone has a grand plan that she dosn't necessarily agree with, She'll roll with it as long as she don't think its completely idiotic, and see how it plays out. She will go on outings and to events that she wouldn't normally wouldn't think to attend, simply because a friend wants to do it and she knows it will make them happy. Its not like its going to do her any damage. This mindset makes her very easy to get along with, sort of like a social gecko. This also means its very difficult to get her feathers ruffled. She sort of floats through life with problems sort of just floating off of her like rain off of a duck. Its not to say that she dosn't HAVE problems, just that she knows that sometimes things are unavoidable, and she simply just... gets over it. A lot of people think that she dosn't understand the gravity of a bad situation, and that her approach at life is to casual. But really she just believes that things are going to work out... and if they dont, she will just deal with that when it comes to it.

Artistic:
When I say artistic, I am not talking about her hobbies, I am talking about her whole approach at life. She tends to live life to the pace of her own quirky little drum, often tossing standard social protocol right out the window. Who says you can only wear a DC's Robin costume at halloween? Who says you cant paint a room metallic rainbow. Why do those socks have to match? Why does that door have to be rectangular, Why not heart shaped? She sees the world just a little bit... differently. She sees problems and situations in a way that most people don't, and sometimes the way her mind works can be totally and utterly confusing to most people, but often times something beautiful or amazing will come from it. Solutions that most people wont see are things that are blatantly obvious to Karma, just because she sort of sees the world sideways. This also makes her very accepting of other people's quirks. She lives her whole life trying to see beautiful and unique things in every day life, people are no different. It is easy to feel comfortable around this very strange person, simply because, the things that are strange about you, or you think are strange, are just beautiful to her.

Loyal:
When Karma makes a friend, it is usually for life. She dosn't even have to know the person in real life for this to apply. Some of her online friends she has known for half of her life, and they are just as dear to her as the people she knows in person. Her friends she will fight tooth and nail to defend, and will do almost anything she has to in order to keep them happy and safe. She is in it for the long haul... which also means... if one of her friends is being a dumb-a**. She will be sure to let them know. Because she loves them, and being an a** is going to just hurt them in the long run. TOUGH LOVE BBY.

Positive:
You know that strangely upbeat person in your group of friends? Their car is getting towed and they are marveling about what a beautiful day it is? Or its a freakin' thunder storm outside and then are singing "walking on sunshine" to themselves and baking cupcakes, or even just simple little things like getting a cheap a** charm bracelet from a kids fund-raiser puts her in a good mood for the rest of the week? That person you are pretty positive is high but it turns out they really aren't? That's Karma. In her eyes, there is always a shiny sparkly silver lining to even the most dreary situation, and darn it shes going to live her life in that silver lining, and drag as many people in t frolic with her as she can.

Flaws:

Procrastination:
The other side of the coin for her laid back personality, Karma is a horribly procrastinator. She will sleep in till the very moment she NEEDS to get up in order to have time to get out the door. She will pay bills the day on the last day they are due, instead of the first day they can be payed, she will wait until the morning of a friends birthday part and buy the gift on the way there. Its a horrible habit, but its one that the people who love her have learned to live with. It often has put her in quit a pickle. Getting stuck in traffic making her late to appointments, late bills being payed because she waited until last minute and then straight up forgot about it until 11:30 at night. She wont pack for that long vacation till the night before, even if her girlfriend has been pestering her about it for a week. Will wait until a half an hour before dinner reservations to hop in the shower and get dressed. Unless you are a piece of her "work" ( Establishment or Art, either or ) everything is pretty much on a, well take care of it when we NEED to, section of her mind.

Punctuality:
Karma is always late. Always. It isn't even necessarily always her fault. Her tendency to procrastinate, coupled with her complete lack of any sense of direction, means she is never were she plans to be, when she plans to be there. Time gets away from her easily, and she is a horrible judge of time. Something that she think should only take a half an hour, will end up taking an hour, setting her whole flow of the day off. If she has a short break from a meeting, and goes to get coffee, and there is a horrible line, she will wait through that line to get her damn coffee, even if it make her 10 minutes late getting back. Its a horrible conglomeration of circumstances that causes this problem... and... it will probably never change.

Indecisive:
Karma HATES to make decisions. Or at least important ones. Even something as simple as what cold beverage to buy from the grocery store can take her a while to make. Does she want juice? Does she want a sobe? Or an energy drink? She will flip flop back and forth, biting her lip for copious amounts of time. Even worse is if the choice at hand will have an effect other peoples lives. She will let other people chose were they are going to for dinner, or were they should go for a fun outing, because she just cant make up her mind. It can be truly annoying to the people who deal with her on a daily basis. Her employees learn to deal with it, her girlfriend thinks its endearing, everyone else will pull their hair out trying to figure out why it takes her so long to decide what sort of soup to order at the ramen house.

Lack of Follow Through:
Karma often runs out of steam before she finishes a project. She claims on that she works on what her muse tells her to work on, but in reality, if something more interesting pops up, she will turn her attentions to that, and often time whatever it is she was working no will never get finished. Its not always on purpose, often times she has ever intention to come back to whatever it is she was doing, but when she does... the desire is just gone, and she will move on. Shes not completely in the dark about this flaw of hers, and often times it will lead her to not even wanting to tell people about what shes working on or her plans for the future, because she knows very well that a good € of those will fall through the cracks. Shes not trying to keep her personal life a secret... she just dosnt want to let people get excited over something that may never get finished.
