This is something we've taken a look into and it seems to be glitched, as they don't seem to be staying in the store. We're taking a look into it.

While on the subject of alchemy, let's discuss something else; the crafting costs.
Some of the higher-tier recent items take 1bil, 5bil or even 10bil to craft; while for some people in this economy, that's peanuts, there are others like me who either can't, or won't, out of principle, pay more than a certain price for items, be it 1bil or 2bil or 5bil. For people like that, that automatically makes the item overpriced, and that's not even taking into consideration the amount of time and gold that goes into gathering all the components.
I get that alchemy is supposed to work as a gold sink, but making certain recipes only available to the richest people like that is not a good idea; not to mention, what will happen if everything deflates? What if we ever get back to a state where 1bil is way rich again, and there's still formulas floating around that require 10bil in crafting costs?

But in the recent Vaporeon-based item (Misty Maiden) and it's (shiny) recolor (Lustrous Misty Maiden) are lacking a fundamental part of Vaporeon - its' tail. For some reason the Paw version has it, but not the human version, why is this? Thank you.

The tail is an animal base exclusive pose. Many paw converts have an extra pose since some poses that are useful on human avis aren't nearly as unique due to the size of the paw base. Dainty Dragonslayer, Swift Shocker, and Blazing Blitz all have extra poses in the paw versions. At this time, we are not intending on recreating a tail for the human versions of Misty Maiden (not to mention the tiny paw one won't fit on the human body anyways!)

There are other achievements that will be coming out before the end of this month- they are mysterious and secret, however they will not expire when the event ends, so no one will miss out! And there is an achievement for posting in contests planned, however it will not be completed until the month is over.
So as long as we post in a contest thread will be fine. Do we have to post more than once, or in multiple contest threads?
Just one should work!

This really saddens me that people can't make their own Oc and have to steal someone elses design.

This coupon guarantees a Golden Fragment, which can be used in alchemy to create tickets, by purchasing at least 10,000 GC, which would be spending a hundred or more in American dollars. Thus, by making three of the minimum $100 purchases of Gaia Cash using this coupon, a user who can afford to spend $300 during the almost 24 hour time period, would receive 3 Golden Fragments.
Why was this coupon created, and are you aware that it may appear to cater towards users who have a larger offsite expendable income, guaranteeing them, over all other users, Golden Fragments instead?

The release of Golden Fragments through a Coupon, especially a higher tier coupon is this: They are meant to be hard to get, and Gaians that take the step to invest in collecting them are rewarded with some of the most exclusive items on the site. Do you have to buy GC to get a Golden Fragment? No- all you have to do is save your gold and purchase it from the MarketPlace.

Any chance you could update the rig fails again? Perhaps have a limit to how low of value you put in, so 10m items aren't given out? And cycle them out so the same items aren't being re-released too much.

We cycle our items out and try to put in items that we track value through average buy price. Let me know what you're finding inside of RIGs and we can make sure it doesn't get put back in.

why is everything in Club Verge usually very expensive? i know they are exclusive items and all, but these are your customers who've spent a lot on your website – wouldn't it make more sense to reward them with things that aren't double/triple the price of things in the regular cash shop?

Currently a number of the Club Verge items that are priced high are due to being 50/100 packs of various RIGs, which actually offer our Verge members more of a discount. Moving forward Club Verge items aren't going to be priced very differently from La Victoire, but they will be exclusive.

I love that we get new formulas daily, and we certainly need more alchemy, specifically alchemy that uses caches. It's a lot easier to scrape together caches than it is to get together ink and bugs and flowers and trash. Which should also be made easier to get together. But is it going to stop at May? Or can we expect more alchemy to happen in the future, just not as often as right now?

First of all, thank you so much for making Aquarium Prince Enki easier to obtain! Now there's lots of tanks with at least one of them, but even then, Enki's Catches are hard to get. I've talked with people that haven't gotten a single one in days of playing! So it'd be nice to have other way/s of getting them, one of them being through GoFusion. Taking into account how many of them are needed for some alchemy formulas, it'd be nice if they didn't need many charms, or maybe several hearts (between 15 and 30 maybe?)~

I have tried to buy GC for over a month now and it wont work with my card, it charges and then the charge drops after 2 days and it just wont go through. I have made 2 posts in the Help Forum but still haven't recieved a response, could you please help me fix this issue?

If you want to file a billing ticket, you can easily do so by taking the following steps:
a) Click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any Gaia page.
b) Scroll down the main page until you see the section that says "Still can't find your answer? Click here to contact customer support." The words "Click here" are a hyperlink to the ticketing system - click this link to start a ticket.
c) Once on the "Submit a Ticket" page, choose the following options during the ticket creation process:
1) Select "Billing Inquiry" as the subject
2) Fill out all the other fields with accurate information (account name, description of issue, date, time zone, billing method, payment id number (if applicable))
d) Click "Finish" button at the bottom of the page to send ticket.
