Howl was bored. B.O.R-um... Oh look a butterfly! His thought process was interrupted by a stimulus and a rather pretty one at that! He wandered closer away from his current den. Not too far. He winced while recalling the verbal talking to he got from leaving his mother’s side...and yes he knew he was an adult but try telling that to his mother. Mama could get mighty scary when upset, it wasn't her fault he knew this. He knew his mama loved him with all her heart and got worried about him getting hurt. God he was such a mama's boy and this thought made him wrinkle his nose. A flutter on his nose brought him out of thought, the flutterfly was back... and it was vastly becoming annoying. "Grrr." He winced when a stray light hit his left eye and he turned to frown at said distraction.

Enchante flickered her ear in the direction of noise off in the distance. It sounded very high-pitched and he couldn’t really place it. Though she did want to check out the source she was loathed to leave her hidden place of comfort. Over the past few years she had collected little nick-nacks from various travels or adventures she had done. It really calmed her to see things hanging above moving and shining in the sunlight. It was quite lovely and she certainly was proud of their current home. She looked over to Lyka and knew her family was happy too. Ah, it was happening again. She was getting distracted. She flopped over to nuzzle into Lyka's fur and concentrated on the noise outside her current home land.

“Oh,” The exclamation puffed out from his lips. “Neat-o I wonder who’d make this place.” It was a huge, very huge, tree with… shiny things all over it and he sure did love shiny things. Curiosity over took caution and with a brave step he moved closer to take the prettiness in. He leaned forward and sniffed the area. Female. A definite feminine scent and sneezed when a stray breeze tickled his nose. A voice behind him caused Howl to start and jerk sideways. 'Holy crap that was silent.'

The source of their disturbance was right outside and she breathed in to scent. Adolescent? What was a pup... well compared to her he smelt like a pup doing out here... unless he was packless like herself. Enchante felt her fur stick up at the thought of this male wandering around her territory. She quietly got up and snuck around the back way to make sure it wasn’t a trap. One had to be careful when alone. The male certainly was cute but she didnt show her opinion outward. I mean she was allwowed to look. “Like it kid? Made it myself I’ll have you know. Took me a long time and it still isn’t done.” Enchante snorted as she watched the teen fumbled about... dang did she enjoy surprising others it was so much fun to see their reactions.

Whoa this female certainly was interesting to look at as was her shadow. He looked downward at the wolf between her paws, “I’m Howl Black.” He wagged his tail in a happy greeting. “My pack is ‘round here somewhere.” He grinned charmingly at the older female. "I wandered off to to some exploration, shhhh it’ll be our little secret.” Howl tried to wink, but ended up looking like he had a twitch. Howl loved finding new things as well as enjoyed learning about them. He absorbed it all quickly, sometimes too quickly and his babbling could cause others to discard what others were saying.
