 HP: 20 Caitiff had just finished sewing Curban back up. He carefully folded his field medic kit up and tucked it into a backpack before he rose. Smileing to himself, he began to creep about the carnival looking for more wounded to patch up and push back out into the fray of battle.

 HP: 20Scarlet had spent to much time isolating herself from people, after speaking with her Lord and seeing how the war was taking a toll on the cheery God she followed she became disgusted with this ongoing war she had been ignoring. Angered even, the usual cool headed carnie had pulled from her shell and begun seeking out the sickness in hopes of aiding her Lord. She had been 'Useless' for too long.
She strolled the bloodied streets seeking out someone to attack to let out her pent up anger, spotting a cursed male whom looked like a casual no buddy in her eyes... The smell that rolled off him, however, sickened her. Disgusting her further.. how could she had ignored this fight with so many of these disgusting creatures strolling their streets as if they owned the place?! Of course this would of been her first encounter with a cursed.. she hoped it would be the last.
Scarlet pulled her mask to the side of her face. Her crimson eyes narrowing a bit as she lit the flames on her bataan before she took in a breath. Moving one of the ends of the bataan to the front of her face without a motion she was there, no words spoken as she blew out. The flames licked at the air before blasting out towards the cursed in attempts to light him up in the heat she had become oh so familiar with.

HP: 18 Caitiff carried on. Unaware and unconcerned about any carnies he might meet. Truthfully every encounter had gone badly for him. but he took solace in knowing he was no true warrior. Battles with him were just wastes of time for them. Caitiffs wandering mind was jarred from it's state with alarm as something bright came at him fast. The cursed spy managed to roll out of the way of the heart of the flames, but still he ended up with fire racing up his arm. Frantically he patted out the lick of flames before turning his attention to Scarlett. His nose wrinkled some at the sight of the dress wearing female. "Well that was not kind.: He scolded her while casually stepping to his left. A rock rested on the ground there, no larger then a marble. Yet Caitiff managed to flick his toe behind it, and sent it flying at Scarlett's head.

HP: 16Scarlet was not usually one to battle nor did she do it before in her life. A snarl escaped her lips in reaction to the sound of his voice, "I'll never forgive you creatures for causing my Lord distress and invading our home." she hissed out before she saw the rock heading towards her face. Her eyes widen a bit as it hits her forehead causing her free hand to move up and touch over where it hit in shock. So.. this was what pain felt like?.. Her eyes half way close as she looked at him. Blood tricking down from the cut the rock had managed to do as she glares at him. "b*****d, how dare you wound my face!" she barked out and charges him suddenly with her bataan attempting to jab him in the gut with the flaming weapon.

HP: 17 Caitiff tilted his head at the red dancing girl. least that was what she appeared to be to him. What with the dress and feather in her hair. "His distress would not exsist if he would only accept his place with us." Caitiff 'kindly' suggested with a small smile to his lips. As Scarlet stabbed at him with her firey weapon, Caitiff performed a small hop to the side to avoid being seriously burned. "To be honest it's really not much of a face." Caitiff whispered with that same small smile never dimming from his lips. He purposefully stepped around to another rock and kicked it at Scarlet.

HP: 13He seemed agile which annoyed her a bit but this time she saw the rock coming when he kicked it at her. Her arm came up to deflect it. Still hurt though but at least it wouldn't daze her like the first one had. Her arm cut this time as her body moved in a twirl. The heel of her boot dug into the ground as she swung her bataan around and aimed it at his head as if hitting a baseball. "I will scorch your face for that comment, my Lord would never willingly be one of you disgusting rats!" she growled out in disgust.

HP: 14 Caitiff never once stopped his smiling. Not when his pebble was blocked. not when that flaming weapon came at his face. Caitiff threw his arm up to block the blow, saving him from some serious facial burns. But still taking a good deal of damage to his blocking arm. He instantly lashed out with a kick aimed at the females torso. "Your Lord wants this. he's just too afraid to admit it. He began down this path when he accepted the friendship of one of our kind." He remarked with that same smile.

HP: 12Scarlet knew he was trying to get under her skin with that smile. But the smell of his blood was finally getting to her. Burnt flesh and the burning of blood. Something she never dreamed of smelling before. Why was she getting a thrill out of this? Her heart sped up in her chest as a grim smirk pinched those soft lips into a cruel sadistic look on the bloodied face of the carnie. Yes.. this was something she could see herself enjoying. Making those suffer for hurting the man she wanted to impress. Rid their world of these disgusting creatures. Her body quickly moved seeing the kick towards her torso. Her gloved arm gripping the extended leg as the other hand grasping her bataan strikes out trying to jab at his eyes. "Your words are foolish, cursed baboon." she purred out, "We want nothing to do with your kind." she grins darkly as her crimson red eyes seem to glow.

HP: 12 Caitiff once more ducked in a way to avoid the flaming bataan before it actually singed his poor eyes. Yet that smile stayed on his face.He felt the pain of course, but pain was something he could suffer through. It was a part of his life and part of his Goddesses ideal. "You are enjoying this." He spoke in a soft whisper. "I believe this makes you very much like us." Caitiff looked at the glowing red eyes of the female and considered what he should do. With a small chuckle he decided to go for the obvious answer. He simply kicked at another pebble to send it flying at Scarlet.

HP: 8Her eyes narrow with the comment of her being compared to being like him. "Nonsense, I just get a thrill out of making you bleed for what your kind has done to my Lord. I enjoy getting vengeance. I would rather die than become a smelly sap of crap as yourself." she growled and was caught off guard when she held his leg and he sent another damned pebble at her. She had not expected him to send another pebble her way so it hit her rather hard and she let out a hiss in response, "Stop with the damn pebbles!" she yanked at his leg in attempts to pull it out of the socket as she went to throw him and regained her fighting stance.

HP: 11 Caitiff lowered his eyes just a little as he smiled. "And so your words echo our own. Do you not listen? We make you suffer for what you have done to our Goddess. We long for the vengeance." He paused then lifted his eyes to look at Scarlet with a small smirk. "What? Are they bothering-" Caitiff yelped as the girl grabbed him by the leg and managed to jerk him off his feet. He landed hard on his back and groaned. Reaching out he grabbed another small rock from the ground, and with a small laugh he flicked it at Scarlet.

HP: 5"All I did was listen, I'm done listening." she stated in a growl as she moved her bataan in front of her lips once more. Her free hand catching the pebble this time; change of attack plan. It cut into the leather of her glove as she jerked her bataan to the side and chucked it back at him aiming at his face. Her eyesight growing blurry.. she could tell this battle was close to ending. She actually couldn't wait to rest after this. She had a lot to think about.

HP: 7 "A pity. Though you really are not that great of a conversationalist." Caitiff softly murmurs as he watches the dancer catch his flung pebble. Caitiff began to push himself to his feet. He really needed to keep to them if he wanted to win against this girl. He stood up just in time to catch the clunk of her bataan against his head. Caitiff stumbled away, a hand pressed to his face as he groaned. Fire hurt. Stumbling away, Caitiff stubbornly kicked another pebble at the girl. His lips still grinning at her as he did so. "Behold my elite pebble punter skills!"

HP: 3"Seeing as this is the only conversation I've had other than speaking with my god.. I am not entirely surprised you'd say that." she muttered as she swats the pebble away. Being stoned was something she knew she wouldn't be fond of seeing as it was actually annoying her greatly. Plus all the bruises would last on her pale skin and the cuts would be a task in a half to all tend to. But internal bleeding was another matter. She practically scorched his face like she had promised earlier for the remark about Venezia. She cared not what people thought of herself. She only thought and cared for her god after all. She was staggering; her body felt heavy. She brought the bataan back to her lips though and blew out trying to light him up again hoping it was more successful since this might of been the last attack she could give before darkness finally embraced her vision.

HP: 3 "Perhaps we should do this again then. So that we can work on your ability to converse." Caitiff offered with a small little tilt of his head. He was about to add another small retort when that damned bataan came swinging up towards him. Caitiff cried out in pain. Oh but he was going to have such burns to deal with later! He hoped he had enough burn salve back in his tent. Placing one hand over the most burned part of his face, he kicked one more rock at Scarlet.
