The Apostol Family are a big old family mixed with muggles and wizards from the Philippines that was said to be dated back far before the Spaniards arrived. How the majority of them avoided the witch executions from the Catholic Church was probably either luck or they were just good at hiding from the muggle world during the Colonial Times. But now in the modern times, this family was seen as a weird one, as they never paid attention to Blood Statuses, or maybe they didn't think those exist. On the bright side, they still follow the Secrecy, but they sort of wished that the wizarding society won't feel the need to hide themselves from muggles someday.

▶ ASTUTE — Kenji may not be that guy who had mad Arithmancy skills, but he is considered a clever wizard. That is partially how he was able to pass his tests and able to get not involved from fights and troubles. Kenji always believes that anything can be solved by using one's mind instead of using brute strength. When annoyed or insulted, he attacks by using his words instead of being aggressive, all while trying not to be outright cruel.
▶ KIND-HEARTED — Kenji was the one who would help people and friends, particularly about personal problems. As long as you did not abuse his patience he would be glad to help you for anything within his reach. Otherwise, he would say 'no' without any second thoughts and if you push him he would snap and be angry at you. He also like being a big brother toward the young student probably because of the fact that he was the older cousin compared to his other family living in England.
▶ AMBITIOUS — Kenji wanted to achieve greatly at music and was currently doing so. He wanted to achieve goals in a fair kind of way, and basically was determined to look at the positive side as possible. He works hard in his music career as much as he can and dedicated into it, and no one could move him from reaching his ambition.
▶ OBSERVANT — He was usually a quiet guy who would prefer blending and observe people and places. Whenever he was not involved in fights, debates or arguments, he just watch them go like some tennis match. That way, he was able to understand slowly about what was going on and what was wrong or right. He was also careful about when to intervene a sour situation when he understood the situation. But most of the time, he's fairly neutral.
▶ PEACEFUL — Kenji prefers to keep the peace in the fight and would usually want no part of it unless it was personal. In fact, he despised people who are hostile and answer problems with petty violence. This however made him come across as passive and unfortunately is subjected to people taking advantage to his peaceful gentle nature. But on the other hand, at least this makes him the type of guy to try to be the mediator and stop the fight.
▶ NURTURING — Kenji is a nice brother figure, always having the best intentions for the people he cared about. If anything, he would always try to find time through his busy schedule just so that he can have time with his friends and family. He always end up being either protective or overbearing, thus he cannot handle the stress of a person he cared being in sincere danger.

▶ CHILDHOOD — Kenji's father Joshua came from a wizarding family in the Philippines in which his father is a magizoologist and his mother a musician. Wanting to contribute more in the family, Joshua started his job as an musician like his mother and was quite known to the local wizarding community. From one of his wizarding gigs he met and befriended a muggleborn witch named Wanda who was a locah wandmaker, in which Joshua pretty much teased her for her name-and-wandmaker-relation-- Resulting the woman into ignoring him and growing distaste for such a good singer. However, there was a time when his wand snapped into half when he was having a fun duel with his cousin out of showing-off who was the better duelist and got into big trouble to his parents as the wand was actually an heirloom and the wood was pretty much uncommon. His parents refused to give him a single galleon until he found a replacement for it or whatever, so he swallowed his pride and went to Wanda to ask for a wand. She refused at first, of course, not until Joshua swore not to make fun of her if she did him a favor, in which she reluctantly accepted. Wanda made him a new duplicate of the wand, and at least Joshua's "curse" lifted. They pretty much started hanging out and fortunately both their parents agreed for the marriage (at least, a good and simple marriage) when the time has come. A few years later after his mother died, Joshua and Wanda moved to Britain for a change of scene but he was still visiting there constantly and still making good music. There they settle down in the Godric's Hollow and had a family.
▶ SCHOOL LIFE — Kenji was a quiet kid yet a good-hearted one, he spent his childhood wanting to play music and sometimes play with the other kids. And at age 11, he studied at Hogwarts and was sorted to Hufflepuff, not a surprise nor a big deal for him. Other than that, he met some fun friends in his dorm, and he could say that his batchmates were a bit dynamic but still cool. One of his friends has been Matteo Eriksson, a Ravenclaw student who was a year below Kenji. They met during the Hufflepuff's third year and they didn't exactly have a good start at first, because Kenji used to have dislike for him because of his smartarse attitude but overall they were fine and gradually reach to a certain point that they were open to each other.
Apparently, during Kenji's fifth year (and Matteo's fourth year), the Ravenclaw was one of the victims who fell into a coma when a curse hit the school; He had been concerned for Matteo for around half the school year. A year after that, another tragedy hit on the Ravenclaw again when Matteo's parents died and grew distant to people, but that didn't stop Kenji from trying to console him to whatever happened (To one point that he kind of sent Matteo into tears when he kept on asking why had he been so distant, Kenji still felt guilty about that); then suddenly Matteo shouted him a question about why was he being too concerned for him anyway when Kenji should be doing other things instead. Well, the problem was, he could not even answer the question and began to avoid Matteo for the whole year while trying to figure out why.
Eventually, he went up to some classmates he could trust to ask for advices or something, until one of them pointed out that Kenji must be having *feelings* for Matteo-- Only that Kenji just never bothering thinking about lovelives because he just never pays attention to it. Kenji proceeded into denying about his romantic feelings for the rest of the year until the beginning of his seventh year, when Matteo finally got himself together and decided to make up to the fight they did by inviting him to a 'Hogsmeade Hangout'. Kenji was at first convinced that it was just some hangout until he was starting to think that he was being awkward around Matteo until the Ravenclaw asked him out of real concern, then Kenji went defensive about it until he accidentally spilled out that he had been denying and analyzing about his (quoting him) "weird feelings" for him since the previous year; Matteo was taken-back that the two of them avoided each other again, and it took a nosy schoolmate to intervene so that they could confess at each other. For some reason, that schoolmate's plan worked and they started dating. Other than that, Kenji passed his NEWTs with flying colors and began to pursue his Musical Career right after he graduated.
▶ POST-GRADUATION — As time goes by, Kenji's music turned heads when he did some gigs around the wizarding communities in England. Well, it didn't attract so much attention, but there was progress in it, since after all Kenji wasn't really pining for attention. Also to support his finances more, he decided to also apply in an Owl Emporium as a part-time since he decided it was a relaxing thing to do (Not to mention that Milo, the shop owner, is a musician, too!). Things also went well for him and Matteo's relationship until the Hogsmeade Attack in the Year 2030, when Matteo was severely injured and could have died of blood loss. Kenji did not take the news well especially when after Matteo recovered he still decided to back to the Department even with a prosthetic leg, and he was beginning to be concerned for his mortality and thought that Matteo would more likely get himself killed, that it went to the point that they had to break up their relationship. Oh well, at least they didn't completely screwed and they remain as friends.
Year 2034 was when he was invited to Nell and Rose's wedding, it was a fun night and he was hanging out with Niall when he met a lady named Estelle Cohen... who happened to be Nell's aunt (and seriously, they were of the same age). They talked here and there until months later in Spring 2035, they meet again in the Leaky Cauldron when Kenji was hired to play guitar for a band. They became friends eventually and he found her, while eccentric, and overall fun person to be around. Though eventually, they ended up dating which was much to Kenji's surprise. But he didn't see it as an issue. He eventually quit his job in the Eyelops to fully pursue his dream as a musician and now he has succeeded ever since- finding inspiration from tours and his personal life. But even with that, he's merely disinterested with indulging in the public media despite his rising popularity- more interesting in playing his art than anything else.

▶ FRIENDLY — Clara is a really sweet and friendly individual; She would talk to anyone she likes and befriend anyone she likes without exceptions. A cordial and polite one at heart, she is willing to support her friends but she knows when someone decides to take advantage or abuse her kindness-- And she doesn't seem to take that lightly.
▶ DEDICATED — She is already taught by her family about hard work and a firm head as a daily basis, and she would get on the job right off the bat. Clara puts much dedication on what she was doing and would be satisfied when the task was rewarded as some bonus. She may not boast about it to anyone, but she at least knows when to take credit of it.
▶ PERCEPTIVE — Clara not only has good insight but also a good sense of judgement. She likes to go around and observe everything around her and absorbs any information she gathered, so she was basically like a nosy type. She tends to have a gut feeling everytime she observe a certain person or scenario, and would try to follow her guts until she had it satisfied. She also has good eyes to know if someone in a romantic sense was really worth her time, Clara after all has high standards when it comes to things like boys.
▶ RESENTFUL — As much as she is humble, Clara never liked being tricked or worse, having her efforts for one person being taken for granted as she thinks it is very ungrateful. If she is treated unfairly especially when she had done a favor to that one person and thinks she doesn’t deserve it, she will get really salty about it.

▶ CHILDHOOD — Clara Bautista is the first-born daughter to Helena and Marcus Bautista, both were from magical backgrounds. The only difference was that her mother Helena was a squib, but thankfully she was raised fairly and had a very supporting life in wanting to work in a medical field as if her lack of magic was no hindrance at all (But then the Apostols are a mix of both muggles and wizards, so what else is new aside from squibs?). The moment she graduated from college in the Philippines, Helena decided to fly to the British Isles as an Overseas Filipino Worker and a nurse. She met a muggleborn wizard by the name of Marcus Bautista thanks to her brother Joshua who introduced her to him on skype. They were just some civil acquaintances until she moved back to her homeland out of homesickness and decided to work as a Science Highschool Teacher. Eventually, she and Marcus met again, and because of some weird aura-like force called love they began to date for six long years of geeking about movies and having awkward dates. After those years of dating, they got married and flew to England for a two-week honeymoon in Wiltshire, and that was how Clara came in as an oopsie baby. But on the bright side, they were married when that happened so they just happily rolled with it as if it was never a problem at all and decided to stay in England for real-- So Helena worked as a medical technician in a nearby hospital while Marcus as a mind healer. Then after about three years, anothe baby boy was born by the name of Ibarra, in which the parents just call him "Barry". For wizard-and-muggle convenience, they decided to move to St. Ottery Catchpole thanks to Joshua and Wanda Apostol's assistance in finding one.
Clara as a small child grew up in a muggle-and-wizard environment, going to the Elementary school just fine while she also played with a few wizarding neighbors in St. Catchpole. Among the entire extended family, her favorite relatives has always been her Uncle Joshua's family-- Especially Kenji Apostol. Heck, even Clara's parents would take her to one of Kenji's gigs as well to show support. Also, during holidays like the Holy Week and Christmas, Clara's family would go back to the Philippines for a while to visit their extended family while familiarizing her about her parents' roots. It was weird at first, but Clara loved it the more they visit. Aside from that, she grew up with books and lots of books, also with a bit of technology and playing awesome video games, so she grew up being a bookworm and some sort of a geek.
There were, of course, weird times when Clara experienced accidental magic ever since she hit at the age of nine-- Like the fact some sparks just emit out of nowhere when she burst out of anger to one of her classmates who treated her unfairly. There was one time that someone stole her precious book and then like a second later it was back to her hands, fun times. When her parents found out about these shenanigans, they were extremely thrilled and began searching for a good wizarding school for their daughter. The parents were considering sending her to a Philippine Wizarding School, but because Clara found out about Kenji's school life in Hogwarts she insisted her parents that they should send her to Hogwarts instead like her cousin. As such supporting parents, they gave her want she wished and that was how she became a Hogwarts student.
The summer before she could venture off to Hogwarts, Kenji decided to invite her to a barbeque party- and there she met two friends: Dris Abrams and Skylar Maclellan. It wasn't really hard for Clara to befriend them, so eventually she and Skylar found out that they were going to attend Hogwarts together.
▶ SCHOOL LIFE — Clara's first didn't really start well as she expected. When she was going at the train, she accidentally bumped her eventually-classmate named Rory Murdoch. She did apologize, but all she got was a verbal lash from the boy, which was insulting for her. So, she ended up hating him as a result. Anyway, she found herself in Hogwarts and was sorted to Hufflepuff just like her cousin Kenji. Clara knew she belonged there as she adjusted very quickly and it made her happier to see Skylar being her housemate. On the way, she also met a Gryffindor named Merc Sanderson when Clara happened to eavesdrop about some discussion about some video game. As a game geek, she joined the conversation and that was how she and Merc became fun friends.
Her second year was just normal and very uneventful, but she was able to see Dris being sorted to Ravenclaw just like what she expected. However, as much as she knew that Dris was such a bizarre child, she never expected him to actually paint a whole wall in the Great Hall.
Her third year was, again, uneventful- except she managed to meet Alby's bratty nephew named Adam. Said nephew insulted her about being a Hufflepuff that it set her off and lectured the kid for being a brat. Clara also successfully persuaded Garnet Mortemer to join the Music Club after hearing him sing in the garden. Other than that, she spent her time eavesdropping here and there, though she cannot say that she liked what she was hearing about Peter Whyte's awful behavior to Rebeckah and Garnet.
Fourth year was uneventful for her, a bit relieved that her brother didn't go sulking about no-tech that much anymore. She joined the School Newspaper club and got the job to announce about Hogsmeade events and being a Gossip Wrangler. She was also partnered with Darell Cherri, a chill Gryffindor and they get along smoothly. For fifth year, she was appointed prefect and she also dyed her hair purple after her dad convinced her mum to let her do it. It was supposedly uneventful if one didn't count the Halloween event where she dressed as Ramona from Scotts Pilgrin, until a group of friends whom she knew were supposedly inseparable were in some kind of fallout and she had to intervene for two of them to at least talking things out without having to accuse each other. It seemed to work, but further than that was up to said group, Clara thought.
Her sixth was the most eventful, unpleasantly so. Clara has befriended a quite benevolent Ravenclaw above her year named Jim Ottosen and had enjoyed each other's company. Things went awkward for this year when he confessed that he has feelings for her, to which Clara politely declined while saying that they could still be friends. Which was a mistake, because after that Jim acted more pushy and annoyingly assertive towards her. Then came the time that she began noticing Barry's weird shift of behavior- no longer seeing his usually perky and annoying smart side. That is until she discovered that Barry tried to help Clara by telling Jim off, except it backfired badly. Guilty, Clara decided to take it upon herself and confront Jim- and it ended up with a loud fight. Thankfully Darrell intervened, who also got punched in the process- but they ended up sending Jim to detention. Jim warned Clara that all of this will bite her in the arse, though she said that she'll be prepared for it. She knew that how she handled the situation was very unprofessional but she told herself that she didn't want to be a Head Girl anyway.

▶ ADVENTUROUS — Ibarra doesn't define 'adventure' necessarily as 'outdoor activities'. He's down for anything awesome ranging from sports, rollercoasters, and even multiplayer videogames. He's brave to volunteer on anything that would spice up his life, might as well with company- no matter how wild the ride could be. He believes in the saying "You only live once" and he cherishes the adventurous memories for him tell people about, whether they like it or not. If anything, he's willing to take any opportunity to make his life colorful, vibrant, and a great journey without any regrets.
▶ ASSERTIVE — Bold, decisive, and confident-- Ibarra is capable to standing up for himself and for the other people he cared about. He apparently has the want to get people to perk up and be like him, trying with his ability to encourage people to be confident with anything. He's bold to know what he is doing, but he's not being careless. He may be confident to take the credit he deserves but not boastful. But being decisive ended up with him being stubborn, especially to people who doesn't gain trust from him.
▶ TALKATIVE — Ibarra is the type to ramble about something he is interested about, even if the people he was talking to probably won't care. His brain probably likes to run around, and generally doesn't see the issue of spouting interesting topics and fun facts. A budding extrovert, he would gladly talk to everyone who is willing especially those with good vibes. However, that gives him the chance to put his foot down to mouth and making really awkward situations.
▶ SENSITIVE — An emotional kid, Ibarra could be easily angered just like her sister- but it was not just that. He has a lot of empathy going on to the people around him that he sometimes has a heart on his sleeve. He's really sensitive to the people close to him and would detect if they were down or anything like that, as well as being easily offended. Well, sure, he does has the ability to suppress his emotions if need be, but doing so would only make him feel worse- that's why he has to express it before it implodes on him.
▶ CLEVER — He may be bold, brave, and adventurous- but fortunately he has a brain to boot. Ibarra loves solving puzzles just as how he loves playing mystery video games, which is basically why he's a fan of RPG Adventure Games and mystery television series- because it involves adventure and solving the unknown, then he gets to proceed into new quests after succeeding. He loves putting gears together and doing anything that has something to do with computers, just anything that makes him think.

▶ CHILDHOOD — Ibarra was born to two supportive Filipino parents- a half-blood squib mother and a muggleborn wizard father in St. Ottery Cathpole. He grew up with technology around the house, and so it started his love for video games when he played games that involved him putting the pieces together to advance to the next chapter. He grew up watching TV Series of people using technology like hacking and the like to save the world- much like, say, the tv series of The Flash. However, he was fairly convinced that he was probably a squib like their mother- but it wasn't like it affected him when it meant that he could do technology! Though, when it was discovered that Clara was a witch and went to Hogwarts, he couldn't help the feeling of missing her except the winter holidays- as well as two months of summertime. Also, he sometimes wondered if he was going to be a wizard too, just like the majority of his family- which meant that he might kiss that Hacker dream job goodbye.
His fears came true when he was ten years old at summer, as he was showing signs of magic at home and at school that his parents immediately recognize. Sadly, Ibarra didn't take this well and his family tried to console him as possible. How was he ever going to indulge to computers when his magic was going to break them up? While he was trying to embrace his magic, at least for his parents' sake, it left him sad that he won't be a squib like his mother. Wizards would call Ibarra 'weird' for not wanting to be a wizard, but it happened. Now he was expected to go to this tech-free school and he was not looking forward for it.
▶ SCHOOL LIFE — Ibarra went to school, meeting Akira Yamazaki and Callista Hargrave since they have met before in the Diagon Alley. Ibarra strangely warmed up to Akira no matter how many times he knew about how Akira was being a smartarse, while at the same time they were on the same page that they bonded. Callista, on the other hand, was someone Ibarra never liked even since she called him a 'payaso' as if he didn't know what it mean. His point was that, in his perspective, Callista acted like an arrogant princess. Other than that, Ibarra didn't like the school that much due to lack of technology, though he cannot deny that he liked wandwork classes. His second year on the other hand was pretty much uneventful, though he did met one of Clara's name by the name of Jim Ottosen and it was clear that Ibarra didn't like him. Mainly because Jim came off as condescending and obnoxious when around Barry due to him being younger, and also seemed to be the type to generalize things.
Coming third year, Ibarra felt a bad feeling towards Jim especially when he was having a hunch that the older guy clearly didn't want him around. He learned to ignore it, trying to shrug it off as overreacting. Then he happened to hear Clara ranting to their cousin Kenji about how she was growing exasperated at Jim when they visit Kenji one day. So Ibarra decided to take a risky move and tell Jim to leave Clara alone... only that it backfired horribly. It affect him not because he was punched, but because Jim drilled on his head that he was living under the delusion that he was smart- and the reason why Ibarra was in Gryffindor was "because he cannot match the smartness of Ravenclaws and Slytherins". Additionally, Jim also told Ibarra that he will be wolf anyway if he tried telling the others because of how benevolent Jim was, and thus Barry kept himself quiet. It took so many months until Clara immediately picked it up and interrogated Barry about what happened and much to Barry's surprised, she believed him. Even heard from the rumor mill that she broke in a fight with Jim. That didn't change Barry's doubt about this skills, though, and as a result he downplayed his abilities than he usually did.
