Aiden laid in his bed fast asleep. The world around him ceased to exist as the world of dreams took over...

Greater Knight Aiden rode along on his horse through the streets. Every time he would see some one off to the side looking he would greet them with a smile and a hello. Maybe not the best way for a revered Greater Knight to act if you asked some people, but he wasn't going to change that part of him into the stoic vision that most people had when they thought of Greater Knights. He would stay friendly and welcoming at least.

As he rode he came across a flower cart and he halted his horse and smiled at the cart owner. "How much for these my good man?" He said cheerfully and gestured to some red roses. "For you Great Knight, only half the price listed." The cart owner said with a smile. "Nonsense, I plan on paying full price for you." Aiden returned. "But I insist Great Knight! With all that you and the other Knights have done for us it is the least I can do!" They continued to haggle for a while before they reached an agreement of a 25% discount.

Aiden paid for the flowers then continued on his merry way with the roses tucked carefully by his arm. Soon enough he came to the castle and handed off his horse to a stable hand then continued on with the flowers. His eyes darted from person to person as he walked the halls, searching for the one who owned his heart. Finally there she was. His beautiful Lady Makayla. He smiled brightly and walked over to give her the flowers.

When Aiden woke up he felt rested, peaceful and a little embarrassed. He had only known the other Knight for a short while and already his heart seemed set. But maybe she felt the same.....
