Neal is very charming with words and females, normally always gets what he wants. He care much less about what happens to these pitiful Humans beings, all he wants is get some fun.

Surely we heard of the Grimm Brother's story of "Rumpelstiltskin" but the truth is too way off. Every era has their own "Rumpelstiltskin", when the last one died a new will raise from to take his place. And Neal Gold is the current "Rumpelstiltskin" for the past few centuries. Unlike in the Grimm Brother's story, Rumpelstiltskin is more than an impish creature. He is a powerful wizard demonic creature in the form of a Human being. Who is fond of making deals with people who are at their most desperate times...with a price. Like many of his predecessor before him, they share their memories and many dislike and likes.
Neal Gold was 'born' out of the passing of previous "Rumpelstiltskin" after he failed to fulfill a bargain with the Miller's daughter. Neal bearing the memories and emotion of the previous "Rumpelstiltskin". Neal also look totally different from his predecessors, instead of brown hair, Neal has black hair but soul-sucking blue eyes. Due to his strange looks, he was mindful with people. He kept his nose clean but he watches and studies the Human way around him. Learning their forever changing customs and behaviors. Neal make deals once in while with humans along the way but keeping the deals clean and dry. That was until he found an interesting individual known as Deathstroke. Keeping an close eye on the villain's every move, only to find a new player that interest him as well. The 'lost kitten' Deathstroke took in, watching them ever since. That was until Deathstroke was arrested, he kept a tab on the 'lost kitten' only to realizes his feelings but he kept it to himself.
Some time after that, Neal was approached by a group of people who promised him many many enjoyable times if he lend them his power. Being who and what he is, of course there is no way he will not agree with it.
