Isolder looked up with dim spiritless eyes and started a bit, an alkidike, was she here to mug him? Then her words and concern penetrated his mind, she seemed kind.
"Sorry, Its just you startled me." he glanced down at himself. "No physical harm, no." he nodded at her which was awkward from that angle. Just emotional damage, he thought, blinking rapidly at his sorrow and the waved of hopelessness that beleagured him, But she wouldn't want to hear his story, "I'm okay really." And he was' sort of, besides the cold he had caught in his travels. A snivel that he couldn't hold in probably told her all she needed to know about his health. At least it wasn't the cough this time. The cought tended to scratch his throat until he sounded more likee a spitorog then not. "What are you up to?" he croaked, hoping to distract her fromhis somewhat raggedy self.

Touched by her bolstering courage, Isolder laid a gentle hand on her shoulder in thanks, "Thank you, you have no idea how much I needed to hear that." Then the moment was ruined with an explosive sneeze which he politely turned into his opposite shoulder. "Sorry, I hope this goes away soon, I guess I just got too worn out to fight it off."
Some good sleep would do him good. "Tell me about your daughter? What happened to her? If you don't mind me asking." Maybe some lessons of what she learned would help him in his search. He was a bit dizzy but could still walk, he thought that maybe a fever was coming on..joy. That would be just what he needed. Maybe some good Inn food would help, he had enough money for it, it was just a matter of getting there, and with her help he thought his chances were good.
