Rolling a 6: An old man claiming to be a wizard hands you some food. Thanks, you guess? +10 food
Trisha came across an old man. He was short and squat and wearing long flowing robes. As she approached she greeted him with a friendly wave. "Hello good sir!"
"Hello Miss." he called. "I was just going to have my afternoon tea. Would you care to sit for a spell?"
Trisha thought about it. He looked lonely. How could Trisha refuse? She had not come across a single soul on the ride up. "I would like that."
The old man invited her into a nice meadow and they sat down for tea. There were herbs sown about, most she didn't recognize. the man bumbled about the different plants before making them some tea. "It's been a while sines I've seen a human up her." the old man said.
"A human? you poor old man, you are all alone? How are you able to survive all on your own?"
"Well you see... I'm a wizard." the old man gave her a wink and she stared at him in surprise, unsure of it was true. "so what brings a young lady like you up here?" the old man leaned forward with interest.
"I work for the king. I was asked to retrieve Greater Gauntlet of the Bull." Trisha sipped at her tea still trying to figure out of the wizard was really a wizard.
"Ahh I know just the one. It's in that building on top of the hill. Send the king my regards."
Trisha turned and looked up at the hill. "Thank you I..." when she turned back the man was gone, as if he had never been there. "Will?"
Well that was odd. At any rate, she really should be going. Trisha packed up her things and took off for the top of the kill finding the Greater Gauntlet of the Bull.
