Our twist on the pokemon world. Centered in the region of hoenn. Two girls will meet among the bugs, and stick together in the world of Pokemon.

Alyss is a carefree girl with a smile almost always lighting up her face, unless of course you have been walking with her for longer than two hours...then the pout face is activated. She cares overly for her pokemon and would do anything to protect them. She is a dedicated trainer who trains daily to keep her pokemon in top shape.
Biography:
Alyss was born in Floaroma town, in the sinnoh region. When she was little she would run around in the flowers with glee. One day she was running and she ran smack into something hard. Falling on the ground, she instantly began to cry and hold her pained nose. When the blue paw touched her face she screamed until she saw the rest of the pokemon, that was hidden along the blue flowers around it. It was a cute Riolu, and in its eyes was worry, so the 5 year old sniffled and wiped her tears. From that day forward Riolu never left her side.
10 years later, Alyss and her family moved to Littleroot town to enjoy some peace and quiet after getting broken into three times by some crazy trainers. The Professor that lived there was excited to see Alyss’ Lucario, which had evolved in the ten years, and gave her a pokedex to go on her very own pokemon adventure, just like she has always wanted. He also wanted her to take a strange egg with her and see what hatches from within.
With her running shoes tied tightly and her Lucario, that hated pokemons and instead walked beside her, ready and the egg safely tucked in her backpack, she started her first steps into the wild….and almost died of fright. Bug pokemon….she hated pokemon more than anything else in her life. She had no second thoughts over than run, and she did. She ran all the way through both towns and the creepy forest. She didn’t stop for anybody or anything. She faced the gym leader in Rustboro City and won.

Personality:
Sophia is a kind and caring girl that tries to be strong. She is loving and caring of her pokemon and happy to her friends. Even with her weak immune system she puts on a strong face since she doesn't like seeming weak.
Biography:
Sophia grew up in a pokemon gym, one that was a steel type which she was happy to take as her pokemon type. She grew up with a weak immune system and she only felt strong when she watched her father fight trainers. Even though he would lose to worthy trainers, she was happy to see him put up the fight to let them work for the badges. When she was young, she had snuck out of the house when she felt that she was feeling better but when she had been a distance from the house, she had got caught in rain which made her start to cough a bit. She was trying to make her way back when a pokemon cut off her route and it seemed mad. She would have been attacked when a beldum had used takedown. She had noticed that beldum before, it had been caught under a rock that she had pushed off. She felt that it was just trapped and needed help but it followed her and saved her. When she got back home she had her first pokemon that she trained as she grew up. During one battle with a low level trainer, the beldum evolved into a Metang and she couldn't be happier.
Recently she had just finished a battle with her Metagross, it having evolved recently, she was walking home when she noticed an Aron and couldn't have been happier to see it. She battled and caught it but happy to have her first truly caught pokemon, she was about to continue walking when she noticed a joltik stuck to Metagross's back. She caught that pokemon, happy to have the little electric bug type since she thought it was cute. (had to, it seemed funny to have, and it is just so adorable >w< I actually caught one in my game and named it Sophie ^w^) Sophia now traveled to a new region and is ready to start getting some gym badges.

(I didn't realize that you posted a place for the rp >w< Sorry for making you wait) Sophia looked around as she made her way through the forest, not sure what to have happen next. She had just finished fighting a battle but when she was looking around she had allowed her joltik to sit on her shoulder, it was adorable. She gently pet the side of the female bug types head before she felt that it began to feel cold out. She coughed a bit but soon continued walking down the path, having gone off the trail to try catching a pokemon but wasn't successful. She also didn't realize that as she continued on that she had gone the wrong way and wasn't paying attention.

xxxAlyss stared at her feet afraid to death to even look up. They were small, despite her slightly taller than average frame, a fact that she found quite funny. How her entire body could be held up by the small feet was beside her and that in itself was humorous. Humor was needed for the young trainer as she trekked into the petalburg woods. A trek she once already took, and she ended up shrieking and bolting as soon as a string of web attached itself to her hair.
xxxNothing scared her, nothing at all….except the disgusting horrid monsters people tried to pass off as pokemon. Bug pokemon were the bane of her existence and this forest was full of them...or rather infested with them. “Ahhh!!!!” She screamed as something touched her shoulder. “Agrr” Her perfect partner held her shoulder with his blue paw keeping her from walking right into a branch. “Lucario!! You scared the crap out of me, Damnit!” She smacked his paw and sigh. ”I’m sorry I’m jus-” Just at that moment a Wurmple landed on her shoulder and her words were cut off as she screamed and fell on the ground. Lucario smacked the worm pokemon back into the woods, but the damage was done.
xxxAlyss continued to scream as she rolled over onto her knees, and then on her feet. Then her feet began to move and move. Soon Lucario was sprinting after his trainer as she ran through webs and bug after bug pokemon, until she ran right into something much harder than a worm pokemon. She found herself flat on her bum where she just curled into a ball hoping to just disappear and never return to this horror filled place. She didn’t even look up at what she hit, because it was big and the possibly of a human sized bug scared the crap out of her. Though if she looked she would have seen the blue hair beauty, a hopeful light in the forest of her fears.

Sophia was still rubbing the little joltik's side before a scream, or a series of screams filled the forest, causing some bird pokemon to fly off into the darkening clouds. Sophia looked around before thinking it over, "Did you hear that Joltik?" She asked curiously before looking at the little electric bug on her shoulder as it gave a little squeak. Suddenly she heard another scream as she turned to face the direction only to feel something hit her hard, causing her to go flying onto her back, landing hard and coughing, gasping as she held her side, "Ow..." She said not really having hurt anything but it was a collision that did stun her a bit. Sophia sat up as she noticed that Joltik had been sent off her shoulder as she looked at the girl that was now curled up on the floor, "Hey are you okay?" She asked curiously to the woman who was on her side. xxxAlyss remained curled in her ball for minutes longer, before she calmed down enough to slowly peel her arm off of her face. The entire time she was lost in her protective human shield, Lucario simply sat beside her and waited. Although, he did a bit more than just sit there. One paw rested on his trainers hip to try and comfort her, while the other one smacked away webs and bug pokemon that threatened to touch his trainer.
xxxWith breaths heavy she slowly opened her eye to the blue haired girl in front of her. “I uh..I’m sorry. I just am afraid of them.” She could barely whisper her voice was so hoarse. She put out her hand and Lucario quickly helped her too her feet. She looked around nervously and sighed glad that for a moment she wasn’t being assaulted by the monsters. She turned once more to the girl in front of her, now more steady...though still scared of course…”Hi, I’m Alyss, and I’m a Pokemon Trainer….Though I must not seem much of one right now do I?” She gave a small smile and held out her hand.
xxxThen she saw it….Saw the monster itself. Her worst fear yet. The yellow crawling spider pokemon. Her face slowly turned into a mask of fear again and she dropped her hand. “I-I-I-I” She couldn’t help it she screamed again and bolted. This time she didn’t run into anything other than branches. Soon enough she ran right under the final tree and fell knees first on the ground. Lucario the always faithful pokemon simply picked her up and moved her off the main road. He sat beside her as Alyss put her head between her knees and tried to catch her breath.

Sophia looked at her when she had calmed down and had thought about how she had a Lucario. When she had soon got up and had begun to calm down, she smiled and nodded, "Its nice to meet you, you can call me Sophia." She said softly as she then noticed that she began to freak out as Joltik climbed back onto her shoulder but as she watched her run off she walked closer to her, keeping her distance, "You must really not like bug pokemon but little Joltik here won't hurt you." She said kindly gently rubbing the little pokemon but seeing how scared she was, she gently got Joltik's pokeball and had it go back in its ball.

xxxAlyss had been breathing normally for about thirty seconds now, a new record since she entered the forest for the second time. Her head was still between her legs however so she didn’t see the blue-haired trainer when she walked up to them. Once she heard the pokeball beam the yellow spider monster back into its other home, she slowly glanced up. Her hair was a mess and stuck to her face, which was unattractively covered in a sheen of sweat.
xxx“I’m sorry about that…..Something about their crawling and webs and six million eyes..just really creeps me out to no end. I even know they won’t hurt me. I mean how could they when Lucario could kick any of their butts into dust.” She patted her pokemon’s paw lovingly; earning her a “Arrr” in response. “But nonetheless they scare the crap out of me, much to my embarrassment!”
xxxAlyss was calm enough now that she actually stood up. Next she stretched her arms above her and yawned lightly. “Where are you headed? We just got back from beating our first gym here. Gave that snotty school girl a good kicking didn’t we Lucario?” She grinned and leaned on her pokemon.

Sophia looked between her and her Lucario but she looked at Lucario curiously, "Wow... I gotta say that I like him, sorry, I am a sucker for steal types and I know that he is also a fighting type but still." She said as she examined him, "Me and my pokemon were heading to the second gym, but I got a bit weak so I was taking it slow." She said softly as she then thought it over, "Um... its going to get dark soon." She said softly thinking that they should get going.

xxxAlyss grabbed the girl’s hand and started towards the cabin with a tad bit of haste, trying to beat the rain that was filling the clouds threatening to tip and spill over like a split glass. She merely made a humph sound at the mention of her pokemon not being the best and everyone’s favorite. When the young lady mentioned keeping her monster of a pokemon contained in it’s pokeball, she let out a sigh of relief. “Oh, thank you dear, and of course Aaron is such a cutie, he is like a little steel puppy.”
xxxJust then they finally made it to the cabin just as the water began to rush towards the ground waiting to splat against it. Alyss quickly knocked on the door not so lightly, and rushed inside not waiting for the older man to welcome them in or even greet them in any way. “Oh hi Alyss welcome welcome make yourself at home!” She grinned and plopped herself down by the table where the little Peeko was resting.
xxxWhile she began to stroke the bird, earning her some pleasant sounds, she looked at her family friend and motioned towards her new friend. “Can we possibly stay the night? Its about to rain and I’d hate to make a tent in that weather!” He grinned at them and sat beside Alyss. “Of course of course, anything for you my dear!” Alyss merely grinned and kissed his cheek, then she gazed at her new friend and flashed her bright grin at her.

Sophia looked at her when she spoke but smirked, "Well he must be an amazing pokemon but I must say that I love my pokemon, since my personal favorite is the one I have had all my life." She said as she then looked at the cabin and had noticed it before but she thought it over, "I can keep Joltik in her ball, I might have Aron join me though." She said thinking that she liked keeping one of her small pokemon with her since she liked her pokemon, "I hope that its okay if I join you, I could find some shelter from the rain thats coming." She said knowing that if she tried setting up camp when it would rain that she would get very ill.

(You edited your last post >w<) Sophia gasped a bit as she was pulled gently in the direction of the cabin which she was doing her best to keep up. She was happy to get to the cabin, already feeling the cold air from the rain coming in, causing her to sneeze a bit already. She looked at the owner of the cabin as they got inside but she felt awkward since she had just met Alyss. When she was set she looked at the man and bowed slightly, "Thank you very much sir for allowing us to stay, well at least allowing me to stay sir." She said as she had no connection to either of them but it was nice because she felt if she tried setting up a tent out in that weather, she would surely get sick since she wasn't able to make it to the next pokecenter. She soon sat down and had her Aron join her, it sat by her feet looking around curiously as she pet its head.

xxxAlyss glanced around her enjoying the wonderful smell of the old seaside cabin. The homey decor gave her a warm fuzzy feeling, she placed it as feeling welcomed. Even the old sailor himself was rather welcoming. Everything from his appearance to his kind voice made her feel at home. Plus there was the fact that he had an extra big bed just for guests, that always made her love the person so much more. Then the fact that there was only one bed dawned on her.
xxx’Should I offer to sleep on the floor? I mean he does have a mat or two…...but i don’t want to sleep on the ground. I can already feel the back pains tomorrow. Would it be too weird to sleep in the same bed. We did just meet, but she already saw me have a mental breakdown, so it shouldn’t be too bad. Plus we are both girls, it probably won’t be a problem at all.’
xxxOnce she decided on her course she turned towards her new blue haired friend. “So… There is only one bed, and if you don’t mind sharing..we will both fit. The floor is a killer on the back otherwise I’d offer you the exclusive right to the bed! Of course I don’t mind one bit.”

Sophia looked around at the cabin that was shown to her. She thought it was really homey and nice but upon hearing her new friend speak up, her attention was drawn to her. Sophia listened to Alyss at the bedding arrangements but thought it over, "We can share, i wouldnt wish you to sleep on the floor... i could sleep on the floor if you want." She offered but she actually had a backup idea as she didnt like the floor because the cold air that usually was close to the floor wasnt helpful to her health. She did kind of blush at the idea of sharing a bed with someine, even if it was another girl, that she had just met.

xxxAlyss’ cheeks turned rosy seeing the other girl’s blush and she quickly stood to hide it. With a quick turn she took her pack and placed it on the right side of the bed, closest to the window. she loved to look out and see the waves crash against the sandy shore. The soothing sound lulled a yawn out of her, and she yearned to just curl up on the bed and sleep. However, she didn’t want to leave Sophia without someone to talk to, so she turned around again a sweet smile spreading across her still rosy face.
xxx“I did just say I didn’t mind silly. I can’t have you on the hard ground killing your back now can I?” She shook her head and giggled lightly. With a small humph she leaned back and sat on the comfy bed. She quickly scooted to make room for the blue haired girl, and patted the spot she made. “So since we are sharing a bed for the night how about we get to know each other a bit more,” Alyss said with the sweet smile and a soft giggle.
