Torchic was born in the family of both villains. They were ruthless and they don't care who they go up against with. They live in Gotham City, which was the hometown of Batman. His parents were always butt-kicked by Batman but there are still times that they complete their missions. While at home, his family becomes normal. His mother acted like a real mother, caring and looking out for her son. Then his father acted like a real father. Working hard for the family and protecting them from danger. They go back to their maniacal senses at dark.
At age of 10, Torchic was trained under the supervision of his father. There he learned how to fight people and defend himself against them. He also learned to be cunning, but doesn't want to follow it. His father was pretty caring during the trainings but there are times that he becomes strict. The training were rigorous and harsh. Scars and bruise are earned during the training but it was all paid off when he entered the teenager stage.
Due to his lack of height, many students in his school would bully him and tease him. He doesn't himself to be looked down at and so he injured the bully in front of the whole crowd. His actions were too brutal that it almost killed the bully. Since then, Torchic had to move school to school and countless of injuries had been damaged upon the bullies in that school. Torchic looked like a monster to them and he doesn't want to be looked at that way. It was a lonely and a dark world for him.
The last school that he went to was the school located in Jump City. That school was for kids that are special and the headmistress accepted him because of his exceptional skills in martial arts. In that school, all of the kids are trained to become a strong. Bullying isn't tolerated in the school and many bullies have been sent to be punished in the red room. Many stories are said that the punishment room was pretty nasty and person who comes in there barely survives. There Torchic's life was at peace.
At the age of 15, Torchic saw the action of the Teen Titans at some street near his school. They were graceful and courageous when they fought a villain. The villain was unknown and so were the members of Teen Titans. He only learned about the name "Teen Titans" is when his friend in school talks about them. He learned that they were good people and wanted to save lives. There his urge of joining the team sparked but when the news about them splitting up, he was astonished. He wanted to see the Teen Titans back again.
My power lies with-in:
- Electronic Interception: With this ability, Torchic will be able to use any electronic devices such as computers, cellphones or any devices to deliver messages to. This is also be used to locate a person by locating their phones but it won't work on turned off phones.
Average Physical Combatant: The thing that he gained from his villainous family is the combating physically. He was taught on how to parry attacks, kicking, boxing and any other forms. He is also a skilled acrobat, in here, he is able to balance on steep places and is able to reflex his body to the full extent. But not that full that it would be inhuman.
Complex Mind: Torchic gained this ability when he was still a kid. This ability grants him the wits to solve hard puzzles and even riddles. He also have a photographic memory.
Dagger/Knife Efficiency: Torchic learned the skills to handle a dagger efficiently when the training in their house with his father.
