Eventually the survey team would expand with its members into an Cartographer's Guild, a collective of all Tribes with the purpose of mapping the world.
Secondarily, Ruse falling for and eventually becoming bound to the Ambassador of the team.

Other positions could be added or talked over, these are just what I came up with first.
Locations
The main guild location will be within the Dark Tribe, however as the guild expands at least six other smaller posts will take shape in a location in each of the other tribes. Likely the second largest facet of the guild will be in the Water Tribe, where those who are compiling and translating the maps would be.
