Star Dust One, humanity’s first off world base. This base and its crew are charged with maintaining and accumulating diplomatic relations with alien beings, enhancing and developing scientific progress, and coordinating space traffic within the solar system. The base is built on Earth’s only natural satellite, the Moon. Others like it are currently being built on Mars, and orbiting stations are being designed for Jupiter, Neptune and Uranus.
Our current interactions have yielded one ally, the Folians, and one enemy, the Shrriqna-a. We are currently at peace; however war is a rising threat. So until the other units are completed this base and the fleet are Earth’s only defenses.
