Honoka pulled along the little wagon her grandpapa had made for her, trotting next to her Mama. It had a harness just for her! She pulled along the goods her Mama had to sell that day at the farmer's market just outside the Ashen City. It had wool and milk, and cheese, and all sorts of fruits and vegetables! And some of it was Honoka's to do with as she pleased. She would trade for something or perhaps just sell it off.

As her Mama came to the stall she rented, she untied the wagon full of goods, and then began to place them out on the counter with the Autumntree sign she flipped over for people to see from the road. Some people stopped and looked at her, and some came over to see what she had to bring. Honoka's tail went squishy on the ground happy to see her Mama still being recognized for her goods even though some knew she was mated now to a khehorian.

Perhaps this would be a good day after all?

Sere went along with Honoka with her cart, she smiled warmly as they went on their little hunt. Sere wasn't sure, she would be able to bring herself to kill the creatures, but she would, since she had to strength herself if she wanted to become a battle healer when she was older. She had to get past some of her weaknesses. Sere looked down at her dress, likely not the best outfit for dragon hunting, but it was too late now.

Sere blushed and looked away with the attention on her directly. "Umm well Hi.. I guess I'm just walking, what about you??" She smiled back a little more confident and said "Hi Honoka I'm Sereitia but you can call me Sere" she said warmly

Sere smiled "I do that sort of thing as well I make jewelry and small trinkets in my parents shop, but today I wish to explore" she said happily

Sere smiled at Honkoa and listened to what she said, she didn't argue when she decided she wanted to join her exploring. She was grateful for the company. She nodded and said "Yes I think it's best we stay near by just in case" Sere's eyes widened at the offer to ride on Honoka's back "Really can I??"

Cri raised her head as a breeze flowed past her. She smelt Honoka strongly on the air. She turned her head from the direction she had been laying towards the direction that she had smelt the young adult. She had also caught the scent of a two-legger that was not Avani. Her tail swished, wondering if it was someone who was hiding, or someone with Honoka.

Her curiosity was fed when she saw Honoka approach with a two-legger approching. She smiled. The young khehora was friendly to a fault, yet she did have a good sense of who she did and didn't like. It seemed this young two-legger had been labeled a good person if she was riding on her back.

"Well." Criani said standing and turning to look at the two-legger that had been released onto the ground from Honoka's back, "It seems you have yet another friend."

She watched Honoka beam and then smiled not only at her former student, but at the two-legger too. Criani lowered herself to the child's level and smiled.

"I am Criani if Honoka hasn't told you." She grinned, "No need to worry, I have known Honoka since she was a hatchling."

Having the girl on her back for the short trip was fun, and she was glad the little girl found her. Most Khehora didn't like two-leggers. She nudged the girl with her snout in affection. She liked the girl a lot. She reminded Honoka of cake frosting!

Exploring was something Honoka did well. When she had gotten to the age that her mama had let her go father from the house alone she took advantage of it, and explored deeper into the woods that she had called home. There had been a few bouts of trouble, but she had come out unscathed. There was one particular cave that she had loved enough to claim as her own.

But they were in the woods around the Ashen City now, a place she had rarely explored. Perhaps Cri had been in these woods before and knew of some exciting places.

"Do you know of some exciting placed around here Cri?!" Honoka said wiggling her tail happily, "I don't know this area much and I don't want Sere's parents worrying."
