Powers: Shape-Shift - Self-explanatory; he's capable of changing his appearance, though every new form gets a tint of red, from eyes to hair color. He usually does this with people he likes, it's endearing.
Bilingual - Capable of talking to other creatures. He's fluent when talking to sea-creatures, but he can vaguely understand other animals. He's getting better!

Personality: Optimistic and curious; Dudley is very friendly and will usually be the one to initiate conversation. He'll ask many questions and probably won't understand most of your jokes, so to most people he comes off as maybe foreign, or just weird. In a way, they're right.
Bio: A factory closed down near the coast leading to the Bering Sea, though they neglected to clean up after themselves. Barrels of radioactive waste were left lying around (just what kind of factory was this??), and a curious red king crab scuttled over and ended up getting some of that very acid on it. At first it burned like crazy, and the crab was sure it was going to die, but the radioactive properties started rearranging its molecular structure and changed it from a crustacean to a... a blob! It was just a ball of nothing! It could move about, yes, but that was it! No more scuttling or snapping claws!
In the midst of its confusion, the crab/blob noticed that it was able to change its form. All it had to do was give a conscious thought and it would take form! So what did it do? It turned into a human! Oh, was it strange. It was now officially a man - with fingers and everything! Why? Well, he sure as hell doesn't want to stay a crab! Not when he has the option. Now he can be like the regular human and do... things!
Family:
To get used to his life as a human, he became a butler to the one and only Frog King! Isn't that crazy! Long story short, he considers everyone there his family.
