"Goldie" by A$AP Rocky hit the PA system, and out from the back came the cocky and arrogant Johnny Lee Higgins. He was tossing around dollar bills and dribbling a basketball, rather generically. He entered the ring and bounced the ball, awaiting his opponent as the fans jeered at him.
