The Rules
1. Must be an active member, members who aren't very active are not eligible to win out of fairness to those are are active in the guild a lot.
2. You may only guess one answer, per lottery contest.
3. If there is no winner then The Lottery Prize will increase, a drawing will be once every month, each month that has not been won the price will rise by 10k.
4. Crew Members may also participate, I will be the only one that knows the number.
