Personality:
Eleanor is a bright and happy Kirlia with a creative conscience and a not so clear record back home, often known for colorfully spray painting walls with little regard for authorities. She's unbiased in the most innocent of ways; believing that the truth goes further for all than the status of social relationships, but will always try to appeal to everyone not in attempt to fit in, but because everyone has the right to be her friend.
She's known to be dramatic, often taking petty arguments between her friends and peers to heart then spilling her feelings out to those around her for support and advice on the subject, though she's often the first to move on and carry on in attempt to push her relationships in the right direction.

Bio:
Adopted as a young infant by Alice, Eleanor was raised in a supportive and caring environment alone with her mother. Her grandparents raised her primarily as a baby, as her mother was often handling governmental issues. Eleanor, like most children at the time, was apart of an adoption movement enforced by Alice herself in the village, which had been suffering from population control issues since she and her brother were born.

Like all Gardevoir relatives in the northern colonies, Eleanor is snow white skinned with bright, cool colored eyes. Her plates lack any pigment much like her body and long, wavy white hair. She often bears a happy and carefree expression that most children her age would.
