♫ There is a naming theme: Water. Panda and I both went with water deity names but you don't have to do that, just as long as your name is somehow water-related!

If you feel like writing one that's great, because it'll give us a better idea of what kind of personality you're going for and how they interact with family (and let's face it, who isn't a sucker for a good story?), but as long as you have the main part of the form filled out then your entry is considered complete.
♫ BOTH of your parents have magic! Marduk has an affinity for water magic and specializes in healing. Nightingale has music magic and can use his voice like a siren song to entrance others. On Nightingale's side his mother, Cadence, has a combination of music and plant magic, though Nightingale himself does not have plant magic and it is unlikely his children will either. His father, Lyric, has a special magic that skips a generation and only affects males, though not all the time. Nightingale did not inherit his father's magic, which pertains to death and spirits, and as it's skipping a generation your boy won't be affected either. However, any male children your boy has could potentially inherit this magic! On Marduk's side, the Pardus' have always been a very magical family. While Marduk's greatest affinity is for water, his children might discover their affinity lies elsewhere.

2.) In a highly magical family, it appears you didn't inherit any magic at all! Are you just a late bloomer? Or did the magic skip over you, and if so how do you handle that?
3.) Your big brother is very different-looking from you. He's huge, easily several times the size of your daddies, and has no colors at all! What do you think of your big brother?
4.) You've been particularly mischievous today, despite repeated warnings from Daddy Nightingale. Finally you pull one prank too many, and Daddy Nightingale actually raises his voice! What have you been doing to cause your always-quiet daddy to actually speak up, and how do you react?
5.) Daddy Marduk is pretty much blind without his glasses, and the only time he takes them off is when he sleeps or bathes. Insert disaster here! You got ahold of them, but now they're either missing or even broken! What are you going to do, and will you be able to find them or fix them before Daddy Marduk realizes what happened?

Bowl Name:Poseidon (affectionately, Po) Bloo-Pardus
Personality: Growing up, Po will be your typical boy: a ball of energy that expels it easiest by wrestling and playing various tricks on his sisters. While he never intends to do harm, sometimes he plays too roughly with his siblings and someone gets hurt, which worries him to no ends. Po /hates/ seeing noodles, or any creature really, getting hurt. Despite having a magical healer in the family, Po simply can't feel comfortable around any form of sickness or injury and as he grows older he will start to express an interest in non-magical healing and as he matures he will start to show similarities to Nightingale, for he will be gentle and kind in the presence of a distressed patient or friend.

Any future plans?: I want Po's insecurity about seeing anyone in his family hurt be a drive for him to learn about medicine and non-magical healing. In fact, during adolescence, he'll want to learn everything he can from Marduk's healing powers and anything non-magical that his father (or either of them) may know. As he moves into adulthood, he'll start to stray from his family's home bit by bit to pursue his passion and he'll come across herbal medicines, which will become his main healing focus.

Of course, family will still remain a strong part of his life and he'll always come running whenever his family needs him, but Po will pursue his interest in healing until he becomes an official practitioner of it. When he is acknowledged by others as a sort of doctor, then he will go back to his family and set up shop close to where his fathers live.

What does your bowl think of his family?: In his early youth, he will feel a bit sour for being a powerless noodle in a family that has magical parents and a god for an brother (adopted or not.) He will act out by using his physical strength in wrestling for much of his youth until he finds his dislike of wounds and his newly found drive for non-magical healing.

Once he finds his passion, Po will be less worried about not having any sort of magic and more about discovering more about his new dream to be an herbal healer. This discovery will bring him closer to his family, especially to his father Marduk who has experience as a healer (despite it being magical.)

Even after he leaves his family to go find out more about his passion, he'll come back once he's an experienced doctor to settle down in the town that his fathers live in, to stay close to family. Family will always come first in his mind, after all.

Bowl Name: Sobek Bloo-Pardus (egyptian god of the Nile)
Personality: Huh? What? I can't hear you, this… I said this… THIS BOWL IS CHIMING MY EARS OFF!!! . . . Whew, he stopped for a second… But it probably won't be quiet long! Sobek is quite the chatterbox, right from the start. He somehow managed to take his quiet Daddy N's shyness and do a 180, having no issues with talking loudly when excited or talking a ton no matter what his mood, though he never does it to be annoying or rude and half the time doesn't even realize he's doing it. Not only that, but Sobek /loves/ to sing. Er, sing /loud/, of course… But somehow, he seems to be the complete opposite of Daddy N in this case, too, and can't carry a tune in a bucket! That doesn't stop him though, as he's got Daddy M's interest quirk and once he finds something he enjoys doing he does it a lot. Just like Daddy M, as well, Sobek is a very kind and affectionate soul, and would give the shirt off his back to keep a stranger from shivering. His sisters are his world, and Sobek will do anything and everything to keep them safe while trying to let them spread their own wings as well, and will likely end up in many dresses growing up just to see them giggle and laugh as he prances around like a diva. He also has a thing for nicknames, and his family is not pardoned from this in the least~

Any future plans?: Being a total ball of HIHOWAREYOU I would love to have fun with family rp, and he'd probably drive Daddy N up the wall and potentially make him raise his voice a time or two in an effort to quiet Sobek down… Which will never last long. Eventually, growing up, he'll learn a safe volume for his normal talking voice, but I can't see him being less chattery or keeping that safe volume when he's got info he wants to share~
Sobek can't seem to sing to save his life… But he has a blast doing it anyway! I can easily see him entering contest after contest, belting out songs at the top of his lungs, and grinning like an idiot at the end when he's in last place because hey, he got to share his singing with the WORLD!!! 8D
However… One day, I'd love for him to meet a girl with sensitive hearing, and fall head over tail for her. He tries to keep his volume down, he really does, but it's /so hard/ when he wants to woo her with a song and it pains her to listen… At one point, the girl gets sick, and while cuddling to her for comfort and dabbing a cloth on her head, he sings to her again… a soft lullaby that soothes her right to sleep. Of course, he'll immediately go to the other side of the house to call all his family and -loudly- announce that he's got magic after all!
What does your bowl think of his family?:
Nightingale (Daddy N): Sobek adores Daddy N, and loves to hear him sing even if he does so quietly. Aside from being unable to really tone it down, Sobek will always mind Daddy N and take any life lesson he gives to heart. He loves how he likes to make others smile, and likes to do the same, even if his methods aren't on the same volume. Daddy N is Sobek's voice, and he likes to live loud for the both of them~
Marduk (Daddy M): Sobek finds great enjoyment out of Daddy M's enjoyment, and will bring anything he finds cute straight to him! He certainly gets his excitement from Daddy M, and loves to bounce and squeal right there with him. Father-son bonding, ya know? He's also a touch protective of this father, and if anyone gets near his glasses they'll have a very angry ball of half-breed fluff to deal with. Sobek loves how Daddy M rewards good deeds, and strives to be like him in this way. Daddy M is Sobek's affection, and he strives to be just as sweet~
(quick note, if he calls for one and the other comes, his likely response will be 'Nooo, Daddy MMMMM/NNNNN! Clean out your ears pops~' and lovingly lick said ears before trotting off to find the other Daddy~)
Sho (Wings): Wings is the best big brother Sobek could ever ask for! He loves to have pretend adventures with him, climb on him like a fluffy mountain, sing loudly to his flute music, and paint his fur like a rainbow any time Wings will let him. Sobek learns how to be a brother from the god, and sometimes think's he'll grow up to be a god too, though he's content being like his daddies instead. If Wings makes Sobek a flute, it will be the most cherished thing to him, and he'll handle it with the greatest care. Perhaps when he discovers he can sing after all, he'll ask Sho to teach him how to play, too!
Anuket and Nephthys (Ket-ket and Nephy): The entire world revolves around these girls as far as Sobek is concerned. Older, younger, it doesn't matter, he's their brother and will risk tail and wing to keep them safe. He might get a bit overbearing at times, but he doesn't mean any harm. They are his sisters, his perfect sisters, and he is so wrapped around their fingers it's almost pitiful. If Ket-ket wants to learn the flute, Sobek will be there to listen to ever note from beginning to end with a big grin on his face, and if Nephy ever finds herself without a playmate Sobek will drop everything right then and there to keep her entertained~

Response: A lot of this is in the reply's above, but I thought I'd add a bit more detail as to Sobek's feelings about it: He doesn't even care. 8D Sure, at first Sobek might feel a bit left out as his sisters discover their talents, or sympathetic and sad if they don't, but it won't take Sobek long to realize that magic or no magic, his family is perfect and therefor he is perfect as well. He'll probably try water and healing first, and go on to other elements just for kicks, and will always fail miserably. He'll probably never even consider he has music magic, until he finds himself in a spot where a quiet song is greatly needed and to his absolute shock he can provide it. When he does discover his magic, the others might lose an ear over listening to him spazz out about it~
