 Scorch was recovered from his last disaster of a fight. There had been a lot of shrapnel removed from his skin, and the fact the burning part of the explosion of that cursed cat's pack hadn't caused the fiery carnie any damage was only a small saving grace. He was pretty pissed. Mostly at himself, for pretty much causing his own KO, but that cat had gotten on his nerves with all of his little cheap/stupid weapons. So when he got back out there, and happened to spot the cat again, he narrowed his eyes and let off a fireball at his head without the slightest warning. HP: 20

 HP: 18 Dervires mind was currently occupied with how much he hated dogs and how he was sure he got fleas from his last battle. Because he lost, Dervire had opted to punish himself by picking some of the worst weapon options he could think up...which meant he had a big stick and a softball sized rock tied to a rope hanging from his waist. The werecat grumbled to himself as a fireball whopped him upside the head. Spinning around, he already knew who had attacked him. he jerked the rope from his waist, spun the rock over his head, and snapped it at Scorch's face. "YOU! This time don't blow yourself up!" He snarled.

Scorch was glad he at least hit him, though it wasn't square on. As the cat attacked him with.......a rock on a rope? He was so startled he only dodged part of it, getting a glancing blow upside his head. "I don't plan on it," he replies, and tries to get in close to aim an uppercut to his face. "What's with the weapons? Have you gone back to the stone age now?" HP: 18

HP: 16 Dervire closed the distance to Scorch as well and only partly managed to block the uppercut to his face with his stick. "Geh." He grunted unhappily."I lost my last fight. So I'm using more pitiful weapons in penance. If I can win using these stupid things then I earn the right to us a actual weapon." He explained as he jerked the stick forwards to try and clonk Scorch's head.

"Okay you're just really weird, though I knew that the last time, why should I be surprised?" he scoffed, just before getting clonked over the head. "Ow," he gripes, and tries to haul off and punch Dervire in the face again. HP: 15

HP: 15 "Whats so weird about pushing yourself to do better?" Dervire demanded as he shifted his grip on his stick so he held it in both hands. he swished it to try and block Scorch's punch, though the stick still knocked him in the head due to the force of the others blow when he blocked it.Sniffing Dervire snapped the stick up to try and whack Scorch in the chin.

Scorch got whacked hard under the chin and he spit blood out of his mouth to the side. "Just don't see how you can do better with crappier weapons!" This time he attempts to kick the cat in the knee. HP: 12

HP: 14 Dervire shifted his step and felt a kick that could have crippled him for the figt brush his knee. "Seriously? You don't see how making yourself work harder would possibly make you better?" He hissed at Scorch as he swung the stick downwards in an attempt to sweep the firey boy off his feet. "Strength comes from suffering and perseverance of that suffering. Look at you! You always use your fire and it makes you weak. If you only have one strength you'll always fall!"

Scorch growled. "I never said you shouldn't work hard. I just don't see the point in downgrading weapons you use. And yeah, the last to attacks were totally fire, jackass," he says, as he's swept off his feet, landing with a grunt. The carnie attempts to grab Dervire's ankles to haul him down too. HP: 9

HP: 10 "UWAH!" Dervire toppled backwards..and landed on his own rock. Pain shot up his back and he blindly kicked at Scorch in frustration. "Hey! I'm going by the majority of the times you hit me...jackass!" He snapped back at Scorch.

Scorch was able to mostly avoid the flailing kick. "Like this?" he says before trying to fireball his face at point-blank range. HP: 8

HP: 8 Dervire flailed his arms and scooted back away from Scorch when he summoned the fire, but not enough to completely avoid another blackened face. "Goddess damn it! Knock it off! Do you have any idea how bad burned fur smells!? It lingers you a**!" He ranted at Scorch as he swung his stick from a sitting position at Scorch's arm.

Scorch laughed, until he got whacked in his dominant arm, which went numb. "********!" he yells, as it stung and tingled. He aims another fireball with his off hand this time, not caring about Dervire's complaints. HP: 4

HP: 6 "Yeah! Laugh that off!" Dervire growled at the cursing carnie. He rolled to one side and felt the fire scorch up his back and against his wings. Hissing to himself he continued to roll, right at Scorch. Dervire attempted to simply throw himself on top of the carnie in a body flop. "I'm bringing freakin water balloons to our next fight you a**!"

Scorch started to get up when the cat managed to flop on him. "Ugh, get off, you need to go on a diet," he complains, before trying to shove him off. But his energy was failing him and he wasn't so sure he'd be able to handle much more of this. HP: 1
