I'm still relatively new to the shop/guild
Since I just won the April Raffle, I wouldn't be eligible to win the art contest, right?
[e] If so, am I able to work with a non-artist using their theme to help them in the contest?

Also you can still enter for the art contest, this is an extenuating circumstance yes!
