Kaida didn’t miss the ‘ding’ from the second phone in her desk. Blinking, the girl dug the odd phone out, and raised a brow at the new notifcation on it. That...hadn’t been there before. Curious, she opened it...and was rewarded with a wealth of words.
Let me first introduce myself. I am Eternal Sailor Kallichore, and this is my gift to you.
The woman read through page after page of text, of information. Of Kallichore’s apparent gift. She didn’t know who, exactly, this Kallichore was...but the package she had put together for new senshi was…
Very, very invaluable. At some point, she’d grabbed a pen and notepad and just started jotting down the things she thought were pertinent. She recognized some things. She knew of Ash, as the Guardian had awoken her as Hyakutake. Power levels were something she was already vaguely familiar with. Pentheselia had been a lesson in that. She was familiar with what the Negaverse did to civilians…After all, she’d been drained well before she was awakened. The monsters, though…
The fact they had once been human was terrifying. And it solidified her resolve to protect the people around her even more. So did the bit about corrupted senshi. That little bit was downright terrifying. And reminded her a bit too much of a very dark anime she refused to watch through a second time. She paused, taking a deep breath and forcing herself to breathe calmly.
“So long as there are people who need me, I shall not fall into chaos.” She would not. She could not. Kaida let a hand slide over her henshin pen, gripping it tightly. “I shall bend, but not break.”
The Dark Mirror confused her, but Knights...oh, she knew a Knight. A very handsome Knight. Kaida giggled, cheeks turning red as she read through that bit, and continued on. And stopped.
Space? SHE COULD GO TO SPACE?! The blonde made a quiet noise of glee, resolving to waylay Kells later and tell him about that. Perhaps...take him with her. She had no idea what she would find on this homeworld of hers. Best to be safe.
The rest piqued her curiosity, causing her to tilt her head this way and that, doodling horribly what she thought things might look like beside her notes. She looked through the contact list, and eventually squinted at the ‘Blackwatch’. That...sounded odd. She’d need to look into it more…
And perhaps contact one or three of the people included in the directory. Kaida had questions. Perhaps as Hyakutake, she could get them answered. So she could better protect her family. So she could better protect her home.
“I am senshi. I am a soldier. I will stand so long as there are those who need me.” Perhaps too idealistic…
But she didn’t care about that.
