As a goddess she could travel where ever she pleased, borders meant nothing to her, places really meant nothing to her, but curiosity always sparked her and the sea had always made her wonder about it. It was so vast and wet, it could be warm, it could be cold, it smelled strange and felt strange. She liked it. It felt like there was no one else in the whole world, just her and the vast endless waves.

Settling down in the sand with her front paws in the gentle waves she sighed and flicked her tail causing small flurries of icy pellets to whip around her this pale fur. Yes, she liked the sea, she liked it's vastness.

Not far from where the pale Goddess had settled, Bahari'nswi was walking towards the beach, following a small river from further in-land. It was unusual for him to be walking alongside the river as opposed to swimming in it, but this was a particularly shallow river. At least that meant that he could clearly see all of his fresh-water creations as they swam eagerly along, before waving him off as the river began to meet the sea.

When his paws felt the familiar warmth of the sand beneath them, he let out a small size of contentment, before looking out towards the sea. It was then that he spotted the pale Goddess. He raised a brow, curious as to what she was doing here. He didn't recognise her, despite having met a fair few Goddesses in this particular lifetime. Although he hadn't planned on socialising today, he decided to approach her, and so started making his way to where she was sat.

The young goddesses ears twitched as she heard paw prints on the sand. She sighed, thinking she was about to be disturbed by a mortal. They could be so tiring and she had very little time for them in general. Turning her icy gaze up the beach though she was surprised to find them meeting a large gray God. She had met so few gods really, she was young, newer to the world than a lot of others. Still she knew pretty much that most gods had wings and most gods were big. This male, he was huge and fluffy, and scaly? How strange.

"I mean you no harm I'm just, enjoying the sea." She states, she never felt threatened by anyone but this male was large, she herself was rather huge having inherited the large size from her mother and her dense fur from her father. She had a feeling by his appearance that he had something to do with water, maybe she was even invading her territory, she thought it best to probably reassure him, after all she did strike an imposing figure.

She meant him no harm? The God of Fish couldn't help but chuckle. "No offence, but We wouldn't have thought that you were capable of harming Us." The Goddess was bigger than most that he had met, but still, he found her attempt to reassure him rather amusing. Bahari'nswi was not a God who hardly ever engaged in conflict, but when he did, he never lost.

Not that that mattered in this situation, as indeed, he didn't mean her any harm either. "You are free to enjoy the sea as much as you wish. We are not the one in charge of it." As his coral-pink eyes looked over the Goddess, a sudden feeling of familiarity washed over him. Hadn't he met a Goddess with those exact horns at some point? His face creased a little as he attempted to recall who it was.

The large fluffy goddess chuckled, what a strange way to speak! Tilting her head the young female smiled "oh, okay then! I'm glad you don't mind, I have never been to the sea before by put my mother said I should see it at least once. She said she wished she could own it." She rolls her eyes and sighs a little, her mother wanted to own the world but that was something entirely beside the point.

The young female got to her paws and looked calmly at the big male. She decided instantly that he was handsome and that she liked him. He looked like a jolly fellow, even if he did speak in an unusual manner. "My name is Tuyet, goddess of hail. Are you some sort of watery, type, God? You kinda look a bit fishy." She proposed tilting her head in a curious manner.

"Your Mother was right to advise that you visit the ocean at least once. It is a far better Domain than the Land." He nodded firmly, as if his opinion on the sea was actually fact. The fact that the pale Goddess' Mother wanted to own the sea amused him almost as much as her initial attempt to reassure him. He was more than content with his own Domain, which was obviously the best Domain there was.

When the female introduced herself, he allowed himself a small smile, along with a polite bow of his head. "We are Bahari'nswi." He chuckled again at her observation that he looked 'fishy'. "We are the God of Fish. Some of Our Creations have been made in Our likeness, which is why We have some 'fishy' features."

"I like the mountains myself, but there is hardly any water up there that isn't falling from the sky." She chuckles it was her favourite place but the sea was shaping up to be pretty interesting. "Oh I see, that explains it then!" She nods an affirmative, knowing that he was the God of fish made perfect sense, he embodied his domain.

"The sea is certainly lovely, it's cool and warm and so big. Is there an end to it?" She questions looking at the curly maned male, it seemed like he would know. She hadn't asked her mother that question she had simply done as her mother recommended, for despite her being a demanding mother she was very often correct about the things she would enjoy.

At the mention of water fall from the sky, a look of sadness momentarily crossed his face as he thought of his ex mate. With her at his side, he felt as if he could go anywhere. Now though, the thought of visiting a mountain seemed pointless and unpleasant. It then occurred to him that Tuyet's Domain, Hail, was like a spinoff from his ex's Domain of Rain. What a coincidence.

As soon as he realised that he had gone quiet, he cleared his throat. "We apologise. Our mind wandered for a moment there." When she asked about the sea, he shook out his mane before looking out over the ocean. "The answer is yes, but the vastness of the ocean makes that fact somewhat null and void. The World is made up entirely of water, with land just dotted here and there. So whilst the sea does technically 'end' where land rises up, the sea will always be far bigger and more important." The God of Fish was clearly biased towards the sea, but that mattered little to him, as most of what he said was fact in his head anyway.

The goddess tilted her head curiously when the male went silent, the quiet seemed to drag on for too long and she almost spoke again only he finally broke the quiet with his wisdom of the sea.

"Wow, it sounds amazing out there. I wonder what is out there though besides the water and the fish?" She looks to the gray male and smiles "you seem to know a lot about it, do you live out there?" She questions her youthful curiosity getting the better of her. She wanted to ask why he looked melancholy too, but he didn't seem to be in the sharing mood about his sadness.

It always cheered him up when others, especially of his own kind, showed an interest in him and his Domain. The ocean really did have a lot more to offer than the land, but far too few knew of this fact. "We do indeed live in the ocean, only venturing on land to visit Our creations which live in the lakes and rivers that are dotted around."

At this point, he decided that it would be polite to show a bit of interest in the young female's Domain. Judging from her fluffy, white coat, she was well suited to the Mountains she had mentioned earlier. "We imagine that the Mountains are where your Domain is most at home?" The sun was beating down on them, as it did most days. He couldn't imagine Hail thriving in such conditions.

The young goddess was thoroughly impressed. She couldn't imagine living on water, though of course her own domain had a sort of watery element to it, it was mostly solid. "Yes the mountains are where my domain comes to life, I like to whip up high winds and hail." She swishes her tail a flurry of wind and ice pellets whipping around her as she thought of her favourite place.

"Hey, would you show me, the sea I mean!" She tilts her head gently a curious look in her ice blue eyes "I bet you know all the best places to see, to explore. I'd like to see."

Bahari'nswi looked quite impressed by the Tuyet's ability to conjure her Domain in such harsh conditions. In response, the God of Fish blew a few bubbles from his mouth, followed by another small chuckle. "Our bubbles do nothing other than entertain Us. We imagine that Hail could do quite some damage."

When the Goddess of Hail asked if he would show her the sea, that same look of sadness once again crossed his face. The last time he had shown someone his Domain underneath the waves, it had been Nyesha'densi. It was not something he wished to do with a Goddess he had just met. Bahari'nswi shook his head lightly. "No." He struggled to think of an excuse, as he didn't want to reveal the truth. "We are just a little busy right now. Perhaps another time."

The young goddess chuckled at the bubbles. "Fun trick." She states Nodding at his question about hail. "I can make them very big if I want to, but, things get hurt when I do so I try to keep them little." She smiles watching as her hail melted away as quickly as she conjured it.

The goddess tilted her head, she was getting more curious about why he seemed so sad now. "Well, why don't you come to the mountains?" She flickers her tail and smiles "you look like you need a change of pace." She raises a brow and sits in the sand. "Who knows maybe there are some fish up there. It never really looked." She paused for a moment and pursed her lips "when you're not too busy of course." She stands and stretched out her double icy wings.

"Come and see me some time, if you like." She shrugs her shoulders looking back at the wide sea, it was beautiful but not really where she belonged, she was ready to go home.

"Maybe." The God of Fish knew that there were no fish up in the Mountains, but he chose to indulge her anyway. Tuyet, like most Goddesses he had met, seemed very nice, and so he felt bad at giving her the cold shoulder whilst he still yearned for his ex mate. One day though, he would have to move on. Maybe making a few friends outside of his Domain would help him do that.

"We will seek you out, if We get the time." With that, Bahari'nswi once again turned towards the sea, this time moving towards it and purposefully stepping into the gentle waves. After just a few strides, he was out far enough to dive, and just like that he was gone.
