 Aldrich BrandtAldrich exhaled sharply through his nose as they slowed to a stop in-front of his apartment complex, waiting for the driver to walk around to open their doors for them. " So, do you have your own collection of wine?" he asked, unbuckling himself and reaching into his pocket to pull out his keys. " You look like the type of man who appreciates the finer things in life."

Earle answered pleasantly as he stepped out of the car, gazing up at the place. It was... fairly small. If he had to guess, this was probably the size of one of his ballrooms. Or should he say his grandson's? " Unfortunately, my grandson has done a type of mutiny and took all of my treasures. I hope to fix that soon." he explained and smiled gently at the wine collector. Whatever. Just smile for two more minutes, collect the wine, and he'd be out of here in the blink of an eye. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Aldrich Brandt" At least he wants them," mumbled Aldrich as he got out of the car, walking up to the building and opening the door for the man. Once they were inside the building, Aldrich quieted himself and resigned himself not to speak again until they were inside the wine cellar. He didn't like this man, and that fake smile wasn't doing any favors. He seemed to think that he was good at pretending, but Aldrich was a businessman. He knew what a sincere smile looked like. This weird guy almost wasn't worth the wine, but he didn't care. Faster he got rid of him and the wine, the faster he could get back to recovering.

The king might have brought it up had there not've been two factors involving his silence: one, the silence between them told him that the man didn't want to start a conversation; and two, he didn't care. Earle stepped through the front doorway, uttering a thanks as he looked around. It was finely decorated with items just slightly above that of a commoner's, so at least he wouldn't feel sick from walking around. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Aldrich BrandtAldrich approached a door near the stairwell, pressing on a small keypad before the door opened inward. He stepped through, holding the door open enough for the man to walk through, then led him into his wine cellar, crossing his arms and standing near one of the cases. " What kind of person is this lover of yours?" he asked, looking over the bottles.

" He's strict with rules and can be very temperamental over them, although I find it cute." he chuckled a little to himself. Aldrich BrandtAldrich shook his head, taking a step closer and looking at the wall of wine he possessed. " I meant as a lover, in the bedroom. Is he passionate, shy, lusty, anything like that? No wine can seduce like an intimate one." He followed the wall before picking up a dusty and well-aged one with a yellowed label. " Le Pin from Pomerol, France, aged since 1906 and one of the more sensual wines. It's a little spicy, holding a kick to it and demanding attention with its aroma and texture, much like my former lover who I seduced with it. Peter, my beautiful artist, fiery and impassioned much like this wine, and it worked well. When you're picking out a wine for a lover, you have to pick it based on who they are at their most vulnerable." He put the wine away, turning back to the man. " Now try again."

Earle looked away when the man faced him. How could he explain this...? He had slept with lookalikes, but not the actual person, although the thought of what he actually was like was something he had dreamt of countless times. To see that butler blushing shamelessly while giving him a tearful look- Earle coughed into a fist to keep himself level-headed, though he was blushing. He blushed both because of that vivid image he was familiar with and because... " I... haven't slept with him." he said very quietly. He glared away, ignoring whatever look he might receive. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Aldrich Brandt" Oh." Aldrich blinked twice, then closed a case that he'd opened in preparation and leaned on it. " I heard the word "lover" and just assumed... Never mind that. Ahem." He walked across the room, opening another case. " What about when he kisses you? You can tell a lot about a man by the way he kisses you. What kind of kisser is he?"

Despite his strong, proud expression, he turned a shade paler. " We haven't kissed." he mumbled. There was that one time, just weeks ago, maybe even a month. It started off magically, fireworks everywhere and the threat of his heart actually exploding, but turned into a nightmare as he realized that the kiss was a weapon used against him. Oh, but now he had the upper hand! He was strong and youthful again, and now he could freely kiss his beloved! ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Let's try another route." He grabbed a stepstool, setting it down before he stepped on top of it to open a high-up case. " When you admitted to him that you had feelings for him, how did he react? Did he giggle, blush, happily tell you that he loved you back, what happened?"

He didn't exactly confess to the butler, either, only doing so recently and inadvertently. Looking back, the butler didn't seem to react at all. Then again, he was reset at that time and didn't react as much to anything. Not willing to go through anymore humiliation, Earle waved his hand dismissively and turned around to leave, shoving the other hand in his pocket. " This is foolish. I'll pick something up from that store." he said. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Aldrich Brandt" Wait." Aldrich closed the case and got off the stool, walking over to the man and crossing his arms. " Am I correct in assuming that you've never properly confessed to this guy?" he asked, leaning on the door out of the cellar and raising an eyebrow. " It's that's true, then I can help you get him, because if anyone can connect to that type of issue, it's me. But you've got to be honest with me and you have to trust me. Do you want my help or not?" He looked down at the doorknob, touching it with his finger tips. " Unless you'd rather go to the store and pick up a bottle wine that is both way too cheap and won't convey your message, then wind up sitting in your hotel room, drinking the wine out of the bottle you originally bought for him and trying not to let yourself cry while watching Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Ludicrous. What did this man know about his love life? Just because he too dealt with one-sided affection didn't mean that- The man's final comment struck a finishing blow to the king. Drinking alcohol alone and numbing the depressed mind with television... It was like this man knew him. " I'll accept your help." he agreed with a nod. " However, I do not know what help you can give me. The one I love has been foolishly captivated by trash." he hissed the last word with a clenched fist. " He allowed himself to be swayed by flimsy words. Do you think using brute force will win him over?" he asked with a glint in his eye that said that he was serious. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
